| Bill Down is 5'11" and 146lbs. He has brown hair that is mostly straight
and goes down to his shoulders. His eyes are strangely bright blue rimmed
with a fiery red. His skin was really pale until he got a pretty deep tan. He usually wears black clothes, black combat boots, and a long black coat. He also seems to like the Matrix a bit too much because he also wears
Bill is not at all shy around friends but he can get really nervous around a girl he likes. He is spur of the moment and is also very headstrong. He'll do anything to protect a friend including giving up his own life to save theirs. He is involved with martial arts and spends a lot of time training with his katana. He is notincredibly intelligent but he enjoys robotics and just about every academic class except for Algebra. On the sports side of things he is the goalie for the high school varsity
