A. I acknowledge that cycling is an inherently dangerous sport and fully realize the dangers of participating in a bicycle race or training ride, and fully assume the risks associated with such participation. I hereby waive, release, discharge, hold harmless, promise not to sue, and indemnify the Flying Tigers Cycling Team, its officers, members, sponsors and promoters working with the Team, from any and all rights and claims, including claims arising from my own negligence.
	B. Furthermore, I accept the responsibilities that come with being a Flying Tiger Cycling Team member which include: Conducting myself in a manner which is becoming to the Team and which is a good representation to the Team's sponsors. Abstaining from the use of profanity or profane gestures or general rude behavior while representing the Team. Supporting Team events, such as meetings, promotions, and races. Supporting and adhering to the Team's Constitution and Bylaws.
	C. I recognize that any act which is not in accordance with the Team Rider Contract can result in a Team fine, suspension, or dismissal.
	D. Also, I recognize that by signing this Rider Contract, I am committing myself to racing for the Team until December 31, 1995. If for any reason I cannot abide by this agreement, I will, in writing, request permission from the President of the Team to leave the team.
