ABOUT THE FOUNDER
   ShaRon J CookFounder of MustardSeed Dispute Resolution Services, is a native of San Francisco, California who, with her family in tow, migrated to Dallas, Texas in 1983.  She has perservered and through grace of God, thrived on overcoming the challenges life has given her. This active mother of three and grandmother of one is now the holder of numerous certificates in multiple fields, including certificates in Dispute Resolution,  state - mandated Basic Mediation Training, Multicultural Dispute Resolution, Family/Marriage & Divorce Mediation Training, and Negotiation Skills Training for Dispute Resolution. 
    
     Ms Cook is also a licensed Foster Care Provider, having recieved certfication by the state of Texas to provide 24 hour foster care services to several child - care placement agencies around the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.  An active resident of Dallas County, Ms. Cook serves the City of Grand Prairie as a member of the City Council.  She has also a  member of the American Abritration Association (AAA).

     As a member of a Womens Spritual Ministries Program, and devoted menber of St. John Church, Ms. Cook serves her commuinty as a care-giver, role model, and adviser to those seeking guidance in their spritual walk with Christ.  She is also an accomplished writer, poet and singer, who most recently had the privilage of performing with The Black Academy of Arts and Letters (TBALL) Concert Choir.

     Ms. Cook is dedicated in her service to God, her family, friends, and commuinty.  She is a woman who recognizes the blessing of God's love in each moment she is given.  Her training and her life experiences, both as a businesswoman and a mother, have given her a wealth of insight into the human sprit and the respect of her peers.
