Christian Facilitation is a similar process,offering the oppurtunity to work through a Spiritually led counsellor (facilator) who assists the involved parties in resolving their disputesthrough the appplication of Christian - based principals.
Faith - Based Mediation brings together the otherwise distinct orientations of Christian Facilitator and Mediator. Our faith - based Mediator have successfully completed specified state - mandated training and, under function of the Holy Sprit, assists those in conflict in reaching an agreeable resolution to their disputes.
The Goal of Mustard Seed Dispute Resolution Services is to offer a Christian alternative to the often adversarial and divisive method of arbitration offered by most services. Our state - certified Mediators seek to assist those in conflict experience God's unconditional love in the midst of crisis.
