The Board of Directors is a 100 member body democratically elected by voters by proportional vote.
The Board of Directors establish broad policies and make decisions on major company issues. The Board of Directors appoint the Chief State Executive, the Chief Legal Commissioner, and the Director of the Internal Investigations.
There are no term limits and individuals can be elected to the Board unlimited times.
Chairman of the Board is an honorary position within the Board of Directors. The Chairman of the Board elected from within the Board and serves as a speaker for the Board and oversees Board meetings.
