Eddie Guerrero vs. Chris Benoit
Eddie stalls to start. More stalling by Eddie after a tie-up. I�d say that Eddie is a tweener at this point while Benoit�s the face. Eddie gets a hammerlock, Benoit into the ropes and he gets a shoulderblock. Eddie escapes to the floor. Armbar by Eddie, Benoit goes for the crossface, but Eddie breaks. Side headlock by Eddie, followed by a shoulder takedown. Back up staring at eachother. They do a test of strength, which Benoit wins, sending Eddie to his knees while the crowd approves. Eddie kicks his way out of it, leg sweep and a top wristlock turned into an armbar. Tazz is really useful in matches like this. Chops by Eddie, three of them, hurricanrana (called a headscissors incorrectly by Cole) by Eddie after coming off the ropes. Then they do three two fall counters. I love these guys. After an arm drag, Benoit goes outside. Five minutes in, it�s moving along slowly. Eddie grabs a tight headlock, Benoit fights off the ribs, throws him in and Eddie grabs another headlock. Eddie flips out again, then does another headlock. Benoit fights out of it, then reverses a tombstone by Eddie to get a shoulderbreaker. He goes for the crossface! Crowd is going nuts. Eddie fights out of it. He slides outside. Benoit charges, then gets a dive onto him through the ropes that puts them in the aisle.
Back into the ring, Benoit throws him shoulder first into the turnbuckle. Hammerlock suplex. Another bodyslam. Benoit gets a half nelson on the mat, working on Eddie�s arm. Into the corner, roll up, Benoit chops him down hard. Eddie manages to elbow Benoit when he charges in the corner. To the top, Eddie gets a hurricanrana on him off the top for two. Crowd yelled TWO! Good job Denver! Loud �Benoit� chant. They�re having some technical difficulties as the color is flickering a bit. Tazz even mentions it.
Eddie gets a high angle back suplex for two. Eddie gets some stomps on Benoit, then grabs an armbar near the ropes. Up to their feet, they exchange nasty chops, two each. Guerrero pokes him in the eye. Love this guy. Into the ropes, backdrop by Benoit, forearm by Benoit. Into the corner, chops by Benoit. Goes for a German Suplex, but Eddie fights out. Benoit gets control, sets Eddie up on top backwards and a back suplex off the top! After about eight seconds, Benoit covers for�two. Good nearfall. German suplex, then another, third one is blocked. Benoit blocks his attempts, turning it into a crossface! Eddie gets his foot on the bottom rope just as he�s about to tap. Backbreaker gets two. Eddie counters a suplex, then he gets his two vertical suplexes, then sets him up top. Superplex off the top by Guerrero! He goes up top. Frog splash misses by about one inch. Guerrero�s arm caught a piece of him, but not enough. Hard powerbomb by Benoit gets two. Another good nearfall. Crossface again, but Eddie gets ropes because he was close. Guerrero drove Benoit into the ref, knocking him down. Eddie goes outside, grabs the US title and drills Benoit in the head with it. He goes up top and hits the frog splash. Chioda comes to for the one, two�NO! I thought that was it. This match is ruling! Eddie takes the belt, then smacks Chioda in the back. He put the belt on Benoit and laid down! He looks up and tries to wake the ref. He starts kicking the ref to wake him. Benoit gets up, slaps him on the crossface. Eddie taps, but there�s no referee. Benoit goes to get the ref now. Release German suplex by Benoit as the ref is slowly coming to. To the top, Eddie rolls out of the way, then pulls the ref in front of him to take the headbutt! Chioda is down again. Here comes Rhyno. He spears Benoit, yelling at him. There�s your heel turn. Eddie gets the frog splash as Chioda comes to for the victory after 23 minutes.
Winner: Eddie Guerrero -New U.S. Champion
We are backstage in the dressing room of Mr. McMahon with Stephanie McMahon coming in. Mr. McMahon tells Stephanie that he smells the roses and to change her attitude. McMahon talks about his match and Stephanie�s match. Mr. McMahon talks about Linda McMahon being tombstoned by Kane on RAW.
Stephanie tells Mr. McMahon to stop talking about it because he doesn�t mean what he is saying. McMahon tells Stephanie that he is going to RAW Monday to confront Kane himself. Stephanie says that she will believe it when she sees it. McMahon tells Stephanie he got her flowers, but the bigger arrangement is for Sable.
He hand her a small arrangement of flowers and says that they are for her. We cut out to arena shots.
If Noble Wins, He Sleeps with Torrie
Billy Gunn (w/Torrie Wilson) vs. Jamie Noble
If Billy loses then Torrie has to sleep with Jamie Noble on Smackdown next week. Billy out first with Torrie. Noble comes out next with a briefcase that he says has all his sex toys that he�ll use with Torrie on Smackdown. No Nidia.
Billy attacks him in the aisle. He opens up the briefcase to show all the oils. Why do I think that Torrie is going to accidentally hit Billy with that? After a flapjack by Billy, Noble sends him outside. He gets a plancha, then a dropkick on the floor. Gunn is selling a knee injury while Noble works on it using a leg bar. When Billy gets up, Noble kicks away at the left leg. Billy gets the �One and Only� Full Nelson slam. They do the knockout spots after only three minutes. Clothesline by Gunn, hiptoss into a neckbreaker. Couldn�t get the Fameasser so he does a Diamond Cutter (or RKO) neckbreaker for two. He goes to the top despite the bad knee. To the top, Noble gets a top rope DDT. Always a cool spot. Nidia put Gunn�s foot on the bottom rope. Torrie goes to slap him, but Noble kisses her. Then both girls slap him. Torrie grabs him by the leg, Gunn gets him in the back. Billy goes for the Gunn Stinger sideslam, but Noble fights out, then gets a rollup and grabs the tights for the victory after six minutes.
Winner: Jamie Noble (gets to sleep with Torrie)
Backstage, Funaki talks to the APA. They show a video package of last week where the Brooklyn Brawler chairs everybody. The APA invites Funaki and he asks what he should wear. They said he can be a Japanese reporter. Then somebody walks by with an Easter Bunny outfit while Bradshaw drinks Jack Daniels.
1st Annual APA Barroom Brawl
The Basham Brothers, FBI, The Easter Bunny, Matt Hardy, Brother Love, Doink, Sean O�Haire, APA, Kanyon, Brooklyn Brawler
They have the superstars standing around a �bar� set up beside the stage in the aisle. There are a bunch of people there. It�d be too hard to name them all, so I�ll just go as best I can. Bashams and FBI are introduced. Here comes the Easter Bunny. Matt Hardy�s in it, so is Shannon Moore. He�s Brother Love aka Bruce Prichard. There�s Doink the Clown. Tazz just said �I got a Dink� right here. No comment. Next up is Sean O�Haire. APA comes out next. Bradshaw says the only rules are the �last man drinking, wins.� If you stand in the bar, we�re gonna kick your ass.
Brother Love gets the mic saying they need to have a commencement. He says it�s the APA�s party, but just because �I love you doesn�t mean I like you.� He said they made final altar boys as kids, but they�ve blown it tonight. They should shut up, shut their eyes and bow their heads as he leads us in a message of love. He cracks a chair over the backs of two people. I didn�t see who they were. The Bashams throw Spanky through a table. Other guys just brawl. This is hard to call. The Brawler bought Doink. Nobody has hit the Easter Bunny. Oh, Sean O�Haire just punched him. O�Haire drills the APA with pool cues, then he kicks Nunzio. Shannon Moore comes off the top of something with a plancha on O�Haire. Love throws Moore into a mirror
Easter Bunny on the bar, Bradshaw throws him through something. Don�t even know what it is. Bradshaw drills people with a bar tray. The crowd doesn�t know how to respond. Hardy does a legdrop off the bar onto Basham and Kanyon through a table. During all this, Funaki has not left the bar stool, drinking bars. He falls over on the stool. Everybody is down now except for the APA and Brother Love. He gets slapped in the head with a bottle to the cranium. Referee Mike Sparks proclaims Bradshaw the winner.

Jamie Noble was in the back looking at the Torrie Wilson Playboy issue. He was drooling all over it and started bragging about getting to sleep with her on Thursday night. The backstage crewmember asked him what about Nidia? He said she is hot but will get over it.
WWE Tag Team Titles
Haas & Benjamin (c) vs.Mysterio & Kidman
The bell rings and Shelton Benjamin and Rey Mysterio are the men to start it off. Benjamin quickly goes to work on the left leg of Mysterio. Benjamin looks pumped, as he stalks Mysterio. Rey�s enthusiasm is huge as always and connects with a right hand and a pair of leg scissors. Kidman is tagged in and a double team maneuver is issued on Benjamin.
Kidman connects a shot to the mid-section and a pair of leg scissors of his own. Benjamin, worn down, tags in Charlie Haas who comes in with a head lock on Kidman. Billy counters with a cross-body, but Haas jams Kidman�s face into the middle rope. Kidman counters and tags Rey in. A springboard from Mysterio, into a two count.
Haas counters and slams Mysterio into the turnbuckles. He connects a huge slam, barley beating Mysterio�s counter and gets a two count. Benjamin is tagged in to throw Mysterio up high into the mat. Benjamin gets a two count and applies a rear chinlock. The crowd cheers on Rey, lead by Billy Kidman.
Mysterio starts to battle out of the hold with elbows and other counters. Quick momentum leads a full flesh counter by Rey into a tag to Kidman. Haas is in via the tag from Benjamin. Kidman looks to have the advantage and gets a two count. However, Kidman gets caught in a double team with the World�s Greatest Tag Team.
Mysterio pulls Benjamin out and goes to the inside to attempt 619, he is unsuccessful but connects with a high risk maneuver on Benjamin. Kidman hits a Shooting Star Press off the top rope onto the outside on Haas. He rolls Haas back in and gets a two count.
Kidman is attacked by Benjamin on the outside and is thrown into the steel ring post. Benjamin is tagged in and goes for the cover, but Mysterio is in for the save. Benjamin hooks a submission hold on Kidman, bending him like a pretzel.
Kidman tries to get to Rey, but Benjamin won�t let him move. Haas is tagged in to further the assault on Kidman. The crowd is behind Kidman, but it is not effective as he is tossed into the turnbuckles by Haas followed by a kick. Kidman counters by throwing Haas to the outside. Kidman crawls for Mysterio.
He needs to make a tag and he gets it. But the referee does not see it as Benjamin was distracting him. Haas comes back in and as Rey argues with the referee a double supplex is applied. Benjamin is now in and connects a hard powerbomb on Billy Kidman. He continues to work on his back as he gets another pinfall.
Benjamin goes for a second powerbomb but Kidman counters. Kidman starts to crawl to the wrong corner but gets the tag. Rey goes in and connects a baseball slide. Haas comes in and Rey throws him out. Rey goes off the second rope into a springboard twisted into a flip. Mysterio gets the cover, but only gets a two count.
Haas gets back in after being tagged, he attacks Mysterio but Kidman helps out. Rey connects with 619 and gets the pinfall. Benjamin comes in, makes the save and takes care of Kidman. Mysterio is shaken up but is only pinned for two. Haas goes for a slam but Mysterio counters. Benjamin and Kidman are back in the ring. Rey connects a Frankensteiner from the top on Haas and gets a two count. The crowd explodes, thinking Rey won the match. �Bullshit� chants fill the arena as Haas attacks Mysterio in the ring.
Benjamin gets a dragon whip on Kidman. Haas picks up Rey, Shelton springboards and gets a crossbody on Rey for the victory after 15 minutes. They think Benjamin wasn�t legal, but I think he was. Oh, they show the replay to see the blind tag.
Winners: Benjamin & Haas
We go to a promo for SummerSlam and return with discussion with Michael Cole and Tazz. Up next, Stephanie McMahon vs. Sable, A video package is shown from last week where clothes were ripped off.
No Count Out Catfight
Stephanie McMahon vs. Sable
The match begins with Stephanie and Sable fighting on the outside. Stephanie is on �hot pursuit� as Sable looks to try to run off through the crowd. Stephanie drags her back in the ring, only to be met by a boot from Sable and a cover. Sable looks to be gaining the opening control with hard boots. Sable gets a two count and stares at Stephanie. Sable starts flirting with the referee as she is rolled up by Stephanie for a two count.
Sable counters quickly and slaps Stephanie hard in the face along with choking her. Stephanie hits a hard elbow to the face of Sable and begins beating Sable in the face. Stephanie throws Sable down and gets a two count. The fight goes to the outside as Stephanie goes for a chair. The referee takes the chair from her.
We are back in the ring and Stephanie bangs Sable�s face into the mat. She drags her up by her hair and rubs her face into the mat. Stephanie kicks Sable hard in the butt and proceeds with left and rights to her face. Stephanie chokes Sable, but the referee breaks it up. Sable�s top is halfway off as she is rolled back into the ring.
Sable gives Stephanie a cheap shot and here comes A-Train with the referee removing his shirt. A-Train connects on Stephanie and Sable gets the victory!

The WrestleMania XX logo is shown hanging from the arena as we go to a video package for the next match, Undertaker vs. John Cena. This next match is about nothing but respect.
John Cena vs. The Undertaker
They showed a video package. Here comes Cena sporting a Larry Bird retro jersey from Indiana State. Just another reason to like this guy. He grabs the microphone. �I don�t need leather pants and tattoos to act cool. I got throwbacks and steel chains. I lead the new school.� Said he�ll leave Taker in his feces. There was other stuff, but I didn�t really write it down. Sorry. Here comes Taker. He comes out with a motorcycle but doesn�t ride it down. I guess he�s serious now.
Undertaker backed Cena into the ropes and he took a cheapshot slap at the face of Taker and this got him upset. Undertaker threw blows at Cena in the corner and then dragged him to the outside and slammed him into a chair near the timekeeper's table. Taker then slammed him into the barricade and then took him spine-first into the ringpost.
Taker laid Cena down across the ring apron and Taker hit the leg drop across the neck. Taker slammed the elbow into the back of Cena and then punched him in the back of the head. Cena was barely hanging on at this point. Taker brought him up to his feet and tossed him out of the ring again.
Taker the got Cena by the arm and hit the Old School slam after walking the ropes. Taker then hit the choke slam in the middle of the ring and the crowd completely erupted. Cena escaped another choke slam and hit a DDT on Taker but could not capitalize. He started to take the cover off of the turnbuckle but did not finish and went back to work on Taker.
Cena pulled him off the mat and Taker connected with a huge right. Taker backed Cena into the corner and splashed him against the turnbuckle. Cena pulled the turnbuckle pad off and Taker leaped at him and missed and nailed his shoulder into the exposed corner. Taker was out of the ring and hit an uppercut on Cena from out of the ring. Cena slammed Taker off the ring apron and into the barricade.
Taker got up and hit the elbow to the stomach of Cena. Undertaker missed the big boot and then clotheslined Cena out of his boots. Cena kicked out of the cover. Taker countered a slam and got John Cena in the dragon sleeper. Cena luckily got the ropes to break the hold. Cena went for the cover after a shot to the mouth but The Dead Man kicked out. Taker got up and they exchanged blows in the ring. Taker unleashed and then nailed Cena with a clothesline.
Taker went for the cover and Cena kicked out again. Undertaker went for the Tombstone but Cena broke free and nearly hit his finisher. Taker broke free and hit a huge legdrop and got him for another 2-count. Undertaker was spitting blood at this point. Cena backed into the corner and Taker threw blows at the head of the winded John Cena. Undertaker then choked out Cena in the corner and Cena grabbed a steel chain from Taker's bike and slammed him in the gut to gain the advantage.
John Cena picked up Undertaker and hit his F-U (Death Valley Driver) but Taker somehow kicked out. Cena was pissed and slammed Taker into the corner and pummeled away at him. He got up to the second rope and starting punching Taker. Undertaker grabbed Cena and lifted him to hit the Last Ride and win the match and hopefully teach John Cena to have a little more respect.

Vince McMahon vs. Zach Gowen
The bell rings and the match begins with Mr. McMahon show boating to the crowd. Gowen walks into a hiptoss from McMahon. Mr. McMahon continues his attack with a clothesline. He continues his assault on Gowen in the turnbuckles as �asshole� chants fill the arena. McMahon connects elbows and inflicts pure misery. Gowen begins to counter with elbows to the face of Mr. McMahon and throws McMahon to the outside and a baseball slide type maneuver.
Gowen goes off the second rope for a huge moonsault to the outside. Gowen continues his attack and gets a two count on McMahon. Mr. McMahon applies a leg bar on the one leg of Gowen, he is trapped without a second leg to help.
Vince goes after the knee of Gowen while Tazz refers to him as �ruthless.� Mr. McMahon connects a series of maneuvers on Gowen�s leg. He is trying to immobilize Gowen as he taunts him with hard shots. The crowd boos McMahon after a leg sweep that sends Gowen to the mat.
A second leg sweet leaves Gowen nearly lifeless, as Mr. McMahon goes to the outside to drag Gowen so that his leg is positioned around the steel ring post. The referee gets McMahon to come back into the ring. McMahon applies a sharpshooter type hold on the one leg of Gowen. The referee checks for submission.
Zach tries to make it to the ropes and refuses to tap out. He makes it to the rope and the hold is finally broken.
Mr. McMahon is on his feet but the crowd cheers Zach Gowen up into the corner. Gowen kicks McMahon and connects with another huge maneuver. Gowen grabs his leg as he gets on top of him to give him some right hands.
Gowen goes to the outside to work on McMahon�s leg. He sets McMahon up for a maneuver that got him where the sun doesn�t shine. He is nearly counted out, but makes it back to continue to take out the left leg of Mr. McMahon.
Gowen connects a bulldog and goes up top to connect another huge maneuver. He connects a huge moonsault into the cover. Gowen gets a two count. McMahon goest to the outside for a steel chair. The referee tries to wrestle the chair away from McMahon, but he throws him out. Gowen connects with a chairshot to the head. Gowen misses a moonsault and Mr. McMahon is able to get enough strength to capitalize for the win.
Winner: Vince McMahon
Josh Matthews interviewed Eddie Guerrero as he was leaving the arena with the United States title. He asked him if the victory was tainted because of the actions of Rhyno. He said no because a victory is a victory no matter what happens. He said to keep your friends close and enemies closer and he has no friends so he has nothing to worry about.
WWE Title - Triple Threat Match; No Disqualification
Brock Lesnar (c) vs. Kurt Angle vs. Big Show
All three men got to the ring and all went at it when the bell sounded. Show and Angle went at it in the ring after Lesnar got taken to the outside. Angle went for the German suplex on Show and he countered and leveled him with a clothesline. Show hit a huge headbutt that took Angle down to his knees. Angle went for a cross body but missed but was able to lock in the Ankle lock.
Show knocked Lesnar off the ring apron and went for the pin but Brock came into to save the title. Show slammed Brock in the back and hit a reverse DDT. Angle then came in with trashcan lids. Brock and Angle nailed Show and took him down to the mat with shots. They then tried to double-team him, but Show double-suplexed them.
Angle and Brock then were about to receive the double-choke slam, but did just that to Show. Angle and Brock then got into a bit of a disagreement and then battled while Show was down. Brock hit the F5 and Angle rolled out of the ring. Show then got to his feet and Brock hit the F5 on him as well. Brock then went to the outside and tossed Angle into the steel steps.
Brock got back into the ring and tried to take out Big Show, but he clotheslined Brock and then went for the pin but he kicked out. Big Show shoved Angle off the ring apron and then Brock hit a running powerbomb from the corner on Show. Both men were down in the ring as well as Angle on the outside. Brock went for the cover, but Angle used the chair on the back of Lesnar and then hit him squarely in the head.
They battled to the outside and Show tried to choke slam Angle, but he countered and hit the Angle Slam on Big Show through the announce table. Angle got back in the ring and look Brock Lesnar in the eye as they prepared to go one-on-one. They exchanged blows in the ring and Lesnar went for the F5 but Angle grabbed the ropes. Lesnar tossed him out of the ring and then went outside to put a beating to him.
Brock slammed Angle into the steel steps and then they made their way back into the ring. Angle hit a German suplex on Brock and both men were down. Angle waited for Brock to get up and went for the Angle slam, but Brock countered and powerslammed Angle to the mat. He pinned him but he kicked out at 2.
Lesnar has Angle in a headlock on the mat and Lesnar has Angle in a headlock on the mat and Show came in and legdropped them both and nearly scored the pinfall on them both as well. Show double-choke slammed them and tried to pin both of them separately but they both kicked out. Brock missed a spear and Angle got the Ankle lock in the middle of the ring. Show went for him and missed and Angle hit the Angle Slam on him. Angle then hit the Slam on the champion and pinned him to win the WWE Championship.
Winner: Kurt Angle - New WWE Champion
