Brock got in the ring and the fans chanted "you tapped out" and Brock said that he's not asking for the fans respect, he demands it! You see, Brock is back there listening to Paul and if he doesn't mind, he'd like to add another reason as to why Chris Benoit does not deserve a title shot against Brock Lesnar. Not only did Brock beat Chris Benoit, he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Chris Benoit tapped out to Brock Lesnar. "Benoit never tapped out, Benoit passed out!" - Michael Cole. The fans chanted "you tapped out" and Brock said the fans are right, Chris Benoit did tap out. Brock then displayed footage of Chris Benoit "tapping out," forcefully by Lesnar from last week when Lesnar locked Benoit in the Crossface. Brock said you saw with your own eyes and Brock wouldn't feel bad because Chris put up an OK struggle and a pretty good fight, but it's simple; you're not in Brock Lesnar's league. In fact, there ain't nobody back there that's in his league. You see, Brock has to respect Paul Heyman. One reason for being Paul making Brock the centerpiece of this show. Paul is a smart man because Brock Lesnar is not weak and he's unstoppable and each and every one of the fans knows it! The fans chanted "you tapped out" again and Brock told them to do that all they want because he has two things to chant to them; not only can Brock Lesnar make each and every one of them tap out, but he can get each and every one of them deported! You see, Brock has a little chant for them right here in Mexico, Paul informed Brock that they're in San Diego and Brock said that it doesn't matter, because they all look the same. Brock told the fans to show him some respect and he doesn't care where he's at, show him respect!
Rey Mysterio's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring and this is San Diego's own Superstar!
Mysterio got in the ring and stood face to chest with Brock Lesnar and Brock asked him if he could help him? Rey said that he can because you see, greatest Champ or not, there is no way and Rey means no way Brock is going to disrespect Rey's town or his people! That's right and just for the record, incase he doesn't know any Spanish; (Rey said something in Spanish to Lesnar.) Brock said that's funny, what he said in Spanish is that Brock is the greatest Champion ever, right? Rey said he's going to make it very simple; he's here for one reason and one reason only and that's to make a challenge. That's right, a challenge. Brock asked Rey what kind of challenge he would like? Rey said being that he is in his hometown, he's here to challenge Brock Lesnar to a one on one match in this ring, tonight! The fans chanted "you tapped out" and Brock Lesnar got an evil look on his face. Brock said seeing as how he doesn't make the matches around here, he doesn't have the power. He is the Champion, but he can't make any matches around here. Rey said he doesn't have the power, but he also doesn't have the cajones?? Brock asked Rey if he wants a match with Brock Lesnar tonight, how about this? If Rey beats Brock tonight in a non title match, then next week, Brock will give Rey Mysterio a title shot. Brock then shoved Rey down by the face and Rey popped right back up and shoved himself into Brock, showing that he's not backing down. Rey then said that'll do good. Just so Brock knows, by the end of this night, these people will not only still be chanting "you tapped out," but they'll have something new to chant; 619, 619! The fans chanted along with Mysterio and then he left the ring as Brock looked disgusted.
Bradshaw vs. Rhyno
Rhyno's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring for a one on one rematch against Bradshaw in a match that took place this past weekend on Velocity where Bradshaw defeated Rhyno.
Rhyno charged at Bradshaw but Bradshaw stuck his foot up and Rhyno pulled back and hid behind the referee. Bradshaw and Rhyno then locked it up in the center of the ring and Bradshaw backed Rhyno into the corner until Rhyno fought out with some right hands.
Bradshaw grabbed Rhyno and gave him a fall away slam from the second rope and then he pinned him but only got a two count.
Bradshaw perched Rhyno on the top rope and then he gave him a super plex and Bradshaw rolled his legs up in an attempt to cover Rhyno but Rhyno hooked him in a cradle for the three count to pick up the win.

Backstage: Paul Heyman was shown with Matt Morgan and A-Train and Paul said that he dealt with Nathan Jones and you don't see him around here, do you? Last week, A-Train bet against Brock Lesnar? A-Train said he did that to make himself extra money. It's nothing personal. Paul said that Brock takes it personally and that's a problem because Brock's problems are Paul's problem and now A-Train has a problem too. Paul told A-Train that he's giving him one chance to redeem himself and his match is next and his opponent is someone who Brock Lesnar feels deserves to be on Team Lesnar more so than A-Train himself. He's the hottest up and coming Superstar, it's the A-Train against Shannon Moore. A-Train laughed, saying that he'll tear his arms off. Matt Morgan told A-Train that they have a lot of money riding on this tonight, don't blow it. A-Train said that he won't blow it and then he left the room, saying it's a sure bet. After A-Train left, Heyman looked a bit flustered.
Backstage: A number of WWE wrestlers were shown and they were making some bets with Nunzio in the lead. The Bashams were there and next week, they have a title defense and Nunzio told them that they're in favor for that one. Before the Bashams left, Doug said a thousand on them. Matt Morgan then showed up and asked Nunzio for the odds on the Shannon Moore / A-Train match. Chuck Palumbo said that it's 10 to 1, A-Train is giving him a beating. Matt said if it's 10 to 1, he's putting his money on the Train.
A-Train vs. Shannon Moore
A-Train's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring for a one on one match against Shannon Moore as made by Paul Heyman just moments ago.
Shannon Moore ducked under A-Train and A-Train turned around and gave Shannon Moore some shots to his taped up ribs and then he whipped him into the corner. A-Train then got out of the ring and grabbed Shannon Moore by the legs and swung him into the security wall and then dropped him to the floor.
A-Train lifted Shannon Moore up for a power bomb but Shannon countered it into a sunset flip for a three count to pick up the win!

The Aftermath: Shannon Moore quickly left the ring as A-Train was left in the ring an angered man and Matt Morgan came out and gave Shannon a shoulder block from behind to knock him down and then he rolled him into the ring as The Big Show made his way out to the ring and the three dominated Shannon Moore. Matt Morgan than gave A-Train a big boot to knock him down to the mat and then The Big Show gave him a big time clothesline. Big Show then grabbed A-Train by the throat and gave him a choke slam and left him laying.
The Cat was shown warming up in the backstage area and tonight, it's the Cat and Sable! As The Cat was warming up, Lamont was there to pump him up for tonight's round of entertainment.
In the audience: Rey Mysterio's family and buddies were shown in the audience to cheer Mysterio on tonight.
In the arena: Lamont came out to the ring and he said that it's time to turn it out. Lamont attempted to get the fans pumped up for Ernest "The Cat" Miller and he made his way out to the ring and danced in the ring for the fans entertainment. Cat took the mic and he said that he came here to dance all night for everyone but he's got a sexy lady back in the back waiting to come out here and turn it out! This baby is so sexy that she turned a tiger into a lion. She's so sexy that she made the Cat's tail stand straight up! Cat asked San Diego if they're ready to turn it out with this sexy lady? The Cat then introduced Sable out to the ring and she made her way out to the ring to a decent ovation. Sable got in the ring and asked Cat if he really wants to see her dance and shake her booty? And do all of the fans want to see her do the grind? Do they really want it? Well too bad! Now did Cat really think she was going to come out here and dance for him and for all the fans? The only person that she dances for is Vince McMahon. So why doesn't The Cat and his little friend here leave?! Sable started to leave the ring but Cat told her to wait a minute. He doesn't mind her yelling at him, but she came here to get down for all the people out here. And they're going to get down for all the people tonight, so play the music! Cat's music played and he started dancing as Sable looked disgusted and tried to leave but Cat pulled her back into the ring and forced her to dance and he forced himself on her but then she left the ring. Cat then stripped down to his boxers in excitement and danced in the ring as Sable left in anger.
Backstage: Chavo Guerrero was shown and Eddie showed up and said he just wants to know one thing. Is he going to be riding with him tonight when they go out and take on the World's Greatest Tag Team or is he going to walk out on his own? Chavo said that he'll be with Eddie if he promises not to go out there and steal the spotlight again. Eddie asked Chavo what he means and Chavo asked Eddie what's with the hat and everything? Eddie said nevermind that. Let's get down to the real thing. What's business is business. Is his knee OK today? Chavo said that his knee feels so good that he might not even tag Eddie in tonight. Eddie asked Chavo if he's feeling a little froggy? It's cool. Leaps and bounds, he likes it like that. Chavo is himself, but Eddie can't promise he won't steal the spotlight, but he will promise this; he will steal a victory. Chavo told Eddie that he's going to have to steal it from him because he's going to steal his own. Chavo and Eddie left, with Eddie saying maybe they'll both steal a victory!
Los Guerreros vs. Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin
Eddie and Chavo rolled out to the ring in the low rider and this is a tag team match with Eddie and Chavo against the World's Greatest Tag Team, Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin!
Eddie Guerrero started it off in the ring against Charlie Haas and the two locked it up in the center of the ring and Eddie powered Charlie into the corner and Charlie reversed it and Shelton grabbed the hair of Eddie Guerrero as Charlie gave Eddie a number of shots to the mid section.
Shelton Benjamin grabbed Eddie Guerrero by the arm and jumped up and pulled him down to the mat, ramming his entire arm into the mat and that seemed to do a lot of damage to the arm of Eddie Guerrero.
Shelton Benjamin later gave Chavo Guerrero a vicious super kick to the back of Chavo Guerrero's injured leg and then Charlie Haas jammed his knee into the leg of Chavo to wear him down.
Eddie gave Shelton a monkey flip but Shelton landed on his feet in front of Charlie. Eddie then gave Shelton Benjamin a drop kick to the back to send him into his own tag team partner to knock them both down.
With Shelton Benjamin down in the center of the ring, Eddie Guerrero went to the top rope but Charlie Haas gave him a couple right hands and then a super plex from the top rope.
Eddie Guerrero gave Shelton Benjamin a series of suplexes and then Chavo Guerrero tagged himself into the match and gave Shelton a frog splash and pinned him but only got a two count. Chavo then argued with the referee and Charlie Haas gave Chavo a drop kick to knock him into Eddie Guerrero and then Charlie gave Chavo an inverted atomic drop and then Shelton Benjamin gave Chavo the dragon whip kick and pinned him but the referee said that Eddie is the legal man.
Eddie Guerrero then grabbed the air filter from the low rider and then he nailed Shelton in the head with it and then pinned him for the three count to get the win!

The Aftermath: Chavo Guerrero looked confused as Eddie's arm seemed to be in a lot of pain from the match.
Rey Mysterio was shown warming up backstage and his family and friends are here tonight and tonight, he meets the Champion, Brock Lesnar!
Smackdown! in Iraq: At a press conference earlier this week, it was announced that WWE Smackdown! will be going to Iraq to perform for the troops and that episode of Smackdown! will air on Christmas night!
In ring promo: The Big Show's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring, wearing a mock outfit of that of John Cena. Big Show took the mic and acted as if he were John Cena and he called John Cena out for a battle rap here tonight! John Cena's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring for this 'battle rap.' After Cena got in the ring, Big Show cut a rap on John Cena only to get boos from the crowd. After Big Show cut a promo on Cena, Cena grabbed a mic and did the same thing but was well received by the fans. The fans then very heavily chanted "Cena, Cena!" and Cena said that since this is a battle rap, he knows he isn't getting hurt, he's getting dissed by the white Fat Albert. Cena continued on and then he gave The Big S how a low blow and left the ring as Big Show went down like a ton of bricks.
Backstage: Josh Matthews was shown with Chris Benoit and he asked Chris for his thoughts on last week's match? Chris said that he didn't win and there are no excuses. Last week, after he passed out from the pain Brock put him through, he opened up his eyes to realize that his dreams have been shattered. And now, it's not a question of when, it's a question of if he'll get another title shot. Josh asked Chris for his thoughts on Paul Heyman's statement earlier? Chris said that Paul Heyman sees Smackdown! as nothing but a business. He sees nothing but numbers but for Chris Benoit, this is his life and his passion and it's going to take a hell of a lot more than Paul Heyman or anyone else for that matter to take away his passion and dreams of wrapping that title around his waist and calling himself the Champion.
Non Title Match
Rey Mysterio vs. Brock Lesnar (c)
Rey Mysterio's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring for a one on one match against Brock Lesnar and this is a non title match. As Rey made his way out to the ring, Michael Cole noted that tonight is Rey Mysterio's birthday and what a birthday it would be if he could knock of Brock Lesnar and earn the right to face Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship next week!
Rey locked it up with Brock Lesnar and Brock pulled Rey forward, pushing him down to the mat. Rey then locked it up with Brock Lesnar and Brock once again pushed Rey down to the mat, saying that he's just a little guy.
Brock Lesnar grabbed Rey Mysterio by the leg and swung him around the ring and then let go.
An angered Brock Lesnar grabbed the steel steps and the referee pleaded with him to put them down but he refused and Rey Mysterio kicked the steps into the head of Lesnar with a baseball slide.
Rey Mysterio went to the top rope and came off with a cross body but Brock caught him and gave him two back breakers and it looked like he was going to go for the F5 but Rey grabbed onto the ropes to avoid it. Behind the referee's back, Brock Lesnar gave Rey Mysterio a low blow and then he continued to dominate Mysterio.
Mysterio kicked Brock Lesnar into the ropes and then Mysterio used the ring post to nail Brock with the 619 and then he hit the drop of the dime and a pin for a two count. Mysterio then gave Brock a drop kick to the head to knock him down and then a head scissors down to the mat and the fans went nuts for R-E-Y. Rey then gave Brock a hurricanrana into a pin for a two count.
Rey Mysterio went for the West Coast Pop but was caught in a power bomb by Brock Lesnar. Brock Lesnar then put Rey Mysterio in the very same submission he used on Chris Benoit last week and that's now dubbed the "Brock Lock" and Rey Mysterio had no choice but to tap out to the WWE Champion.

The Aftermath:
A Mysterio family member, or so we thought, tried to get into the ring and when the guy pulled the mask off, it turned out to be Hardcore Holly. Hardcore Holly got in the ring and gave Brock Lesnar a series of right hands to knock Lesnar out of the ring and the fans went nuts for Holly as Lesnar tucked his tail and ran!
