Eric Bischoff's music hit in the arena and he was in the ring with two Roulette girls and the roulette wheel. He welcomed everyone to RAW Roulette, saying that it's the most outrageous, titillating, exciting two hours on television! Now clearly, RAW Roulette is an idea straight out of the city of Las Vegas, but he couldn't think of a better way to bring some excitement to this dull little town than RAW Roulette. He knows a lot of guys here from Utah are sitting around asking your three or four wives what exactly is RAW Roulette? Well let him explain it, almost every match tonight is going to be determined by the spin of the RAW Roulette wheel. Almost every WWE Superstar can end up in the most outrageous matches you have ever seen and that will be determined by the wheel. What will we see? A first blood match? Or how about a last man standing match? Or what about a kiss my ass match? But wait, there's more because tonight, in the main event, it is going to be a rematch for the World Heavyweight Title in this very ring, Triple H faces Goldberg! So without any further adieu, let's get this show on the road!
As Eric Bischoff spun the wheel, Shawn Michaels made his way out to the ring and he was thrown out of the arena last week and he's making his presence felt here tonight. Shawn said that since Eric came out and interrupted his interview last week, he thought the least that he could do was come out here this week and uh, return the favor so here he is. Shawn wanted Eric to know that after he kicked him out of the building last week, he went home and did exactly what he said. He looked in the mirror and considered all that reverse psychology crap the tried to lay on him and as he looked in the mirror, the man staring back on him, had a clear conscience. Crystal clear! And he gave the fight of his life at Survivor Series and everybody knows it. Make no mistake about it, if it wasn't for Eric Bischoff and Evolution, Stone Cold Steve Austin would be here tonight. Batista's music hit in the arena and he made his way out with a mic in hand. Shawn said there's nobody up there stopping him, keep on walking and they can finish what they started! Batista told Shawn to wait a minute and he said that he didn't come out here to fight with Shawn, so he's not going to waste his time and roll around with Shawn. Honestly, he's got chunks bigger than him in his bowel movement. But what he did come out here for, he wanted to tell Shawn one thing. He agrees, he thinks Shawn is 100% right. He didn't cost Austin his job. You know how he knows that? Because Batista did when he power bombed Shawn's ass straight to hell. Shawn told Batista to come down to the ring and Eric Bischoff interjected, telling Batista to stop right there. Eric calmed Shawn and Batista down and told them that Batista vs. Shawn Michaels is a great idea. Damn, that is one hell of a great idea but he's already given Salt Lake City way too much. So here's what we're gonna do, we're gonna make Shawn Michaels vs. Batista at Eric Bischoff's next pay per view, Armageddon. But since they want each other so bad, he's got an idea. Why don't they go to the wheel and see if they can find a way to make a match. Oh wait, they don't have to because it's already on Bischoff's choice. Imagine that. Now what would Bischoff want to see tonight? He's got it. Eric Bischoff would love to see a tag team match tonight. Yeah, with Batista teaming up with Ric Flair to take on Shawn Michaels and his partner, who might that be... how about Shawn Michaels teaming with the man he went toe to toe with at Wrestlemania? How about Shawn Michaels teams up tonight to take on Batista and Ric Flair, how about he teams up with the same man that split his head open at Survivor Series? How about Shawn Michaels teams up tonight with Chris Jericho!
Steel Cage Match
Lita vs. Victoria
Lita's music hit in the arena and she made her way out to the ring just one week after being fired and rehired in the same night and as she got in the ring, Eric Bischoff appeared on the Titantron and he said to kill the music. Eric then said that it is so good to see Lita again. My, she must have had a rough week. First of all, she loses her boyfriend and then she loses her job. He has to say that he wasn't exactly thrilled with Christian getting her job back, but come to think of it, keeping her around to play with might more entertaining than firing her in the first place. With that in mind, he knows he set up a match between her and Victoria, but to keep the excitement, he wants to introduce the Women's Champion, Molly Holly to spin the wheel to determine Lita's fate in her match tonight. Molly Holly then spun the wheel and it landed on a steel cage and this is the first time in the history of RAW that we will have two women in a steel cage! Molly and Eric both agreed that it's dangerous and Bischoff sarcastically wished her good luck.
Lita attacked Victoria as she entered the steel cage and then she immediately launched her into the steel cage wall like a dart.
Lita went for a DDT but Victoria got out of it and knocked Lita down to the mat and then gave her a slingshot into the steel cage as the fans heavily chanted "Lita, Lita!"
Lita knocked Victoria down in the ring and then she attempted to climb out of the cage but Victoria climbed up with Lita and stopped her from getting out. Lita kicked Victoria down to the mat but Victoria quickly popped back up to pull Lita back into the ring. Victoria then slammed Lita from the top turnbuckle to the center of the ring and then Victoria pinned her but only got a two count.
Lita climbed up the ropes in another attempt to get out of the ring but she slipped and fell back into the ring as Victoria was down on the mat.
Lita later hit the moonsault on Victoria and then she crawled towards the cage door and tried to get out but Matt Hardy stormed to the ringside area and slammed the door on Lita's head. Victoria then crawled out of ther and tried to get out but Matt Hardy stormed to the ringside area and slammed the door on Lita's head. Victoria then crawled out of the cage to pick up the win over Lita, thanks to Matt Hardy.
Winner: Victoria
After the match, Matt Hardy got in the ring to taunt Lita and Christian stormed to the ring and chased Matt Hardy out of the ring and after Matt left the ring, Christian showed compassion for Lita as her head was in pain.
Backstage: Eric Bischoff was shown backstage and he said that he has a hell of an idea. When he turned around, his two ladies were with Randy Orton and Orton said he was telling them that come Armageddon, they're looking at the new Intercontinental Champion. Eric said that he was spinning the wheel and it came up on a Legend Killer Match for Randy Orton. Eric said that he flew in a very special legend for Randy Orton and his match is next! After Randy left, Eric started to talk to his ladies but the Hurricane and Rosey flew onto the scene. They have a match tonight and they're here to find out what it is. Eric said that tonight's match is Hurricane vs. Rosey. The only question is, what kind of match is it going to be? Eric Bischoff then spun the wheel and it landed on Capture the Midget and The Hurricane said that in the name that is all short and stout, what's up with that? Eric said he'll show him and he brought Fernando onto the scene and he's a midget and he ran off. Eric told them that the first one who catches the midget and wins. Hurricane asked what if they refused? Eric said then it turns into loser gets fired match. Hurricane then told Rosey to wait there and he went off to catch the midget and when Rosey realized, he went after Hurricane. After they left, Eric Bischoff told his ladies that he loves his work.
Legend Killer Match
Randy Orton vs. Sgt. Slaughter
Evolution's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring for a Legend Killer Match against the legendary Sgt. Slaughter!
Randy went for a right hand on Slaughter but Slaughter ducked it and immediately put Orton in the Cobra Clutch and Orton struggled until he got to the ropes as the fans heavily chanted "USA, USA!"
Sgt. Slaughter gave Randy Orton a gut buster and then he pinned him but only got a two count.
It should be noted that Sgt. Slaughter lost a ton of weight as compared to the last time we saw him wrestle, but he did look a little sickly.
Sgt. Slaughter put Randy Orton back in the cobra clutch but Orton was able to get to the ropes to break it.
Behind the referee's back, Orton gave Slaughter a low blow and then Orton planted Slaughter with the RKO to pick up the win.
Winner: Randy Orton
After the match, Randy Orton stomped away on Sgt. Slaughter until Rob Van Dam hit the ring to make the save. RVD knocked Orton down to the mat and went for the frog splash but before RVD could jump, Orton rolled out of the ring and then RVD went and helped Slaughter up off the mat.
Backstage: Val Venis was shown with Lance Storm and Storm asked Val if he's sure these girls are going to show? Val said they are and he brought him up to speed, these girls are from Utah, so they're going to have to go out of their way to make them believe they're more than just nice guys. The ladies showed up and Val introduced them to Lance Storm. Val asked them if they're ready to go out and have a great time? The blonde said that she heard wrestlers are a little crazy so they're nervous. Storm said nothing can be further from the truth, but as he said that, the midget ran by and Rosey and the Hurricane were attempting to catch him as the girls watched on. The girls asked what was that? Storm said that he has no idea. He doesn't know who they were, they're not with them.
Backstage: The Coach was shown with Ric Flair and Coach said that Flair has to be proud that the Ultimate Ric Flair Collection is the fastest selling DVD in WWE history. Flair said that he's proud of his historic past, but he's more proud of Evolution. Tonight, Randy Orton has taken out another legend in Sgt. Slaughter. And later on tonight, the Heartbreak Kid has to wrestle against Ric Flair and Batista. Flair is confident and sure of what Batista will be doing, but how does Shawn feel about what his partner will be doing? And in just a few moments, Triple H, the World Heavyweight Champion will walk the aisle. Goldberg survived at Survivor Series but tonight, Triple H takes back what is rightfully his and that's the World Heavyweight Championship!
Backstage: Matt Hardy was shown with Eric Bischoff and Eric was telling him that he doesn't want the fact that Lita is here let him down. Matt said that he has officially slammed the door on that chapter of his life. Eric took Matt Hardy's drink and put it on Stone Cold's book to use it as a coaster. Bischoff then said that everybody here on RAW wishes Stone Cold a Happy Thanksgiving and he hopes that Austin can gather himself and not break down again on his Wednesday Special because he'll never step foot on RAW again. Eric then told Matt Hardy to spin the wheel for his match and he did just that and it's a Strange Bedfellows Match. Eric said that this is all about tag team matches that we've never seen before. Superstars that have never wanted to tag up together. Matt said that's cool because everyone has wanted to team up with Matt.
Strange Bedfellows Match
Christian & Matt Hardy vs. Bubba Ray & Garrison Cade
Matt Hardy's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring with Bubba Ray Dudley and Garrison Cade already in the ring as partners.
Matt Hardy started it off in the ring against Bubba Ray and Christian shoved Matt right into Bubba and then Matt looked back at Christian like "What the hell?" Bubba and Matt then tied it up in the center of the ring and Matt whipped Bubba off the ropes but Bubba came back with a hard shoulder block to knock Matt down.
Bubba Ray gave Christian a Samoan drop and then he went to the second rope and came off with a senton but Christian rolled out of the way to avoid the impact. Christian then went to tag Matt Hardy but Matt dropped down from the ring apron and taunted Christian.
Bubba splashed Christian from behind and then gave him the Bubba Bomb and Garrison Cade tagged himself in and gave Christian a big elbow from the top rope and then pinned him for the three count to get the win!
Winners: Bubba Ray Dudley & Garrison Cade
The Aftermath: Bubba Ray seemed baffled as to what Garrison Cade just did and Garrison showed Bubba some respect by giving him the belt but he pulled it back and Bubba snatched it. Bubba told Garrison that he and his partner better watch themselves.
Backstage: Triple H was shown walking through the backstage area with Ric Flair and it's Triple H vs. Goldberg up next for the World Heavyweight Title!
Backstage: Terri was shown with Shawn Michaels and she said that it seems as though Eric Bischoff has it out for Shawn Michaels as he'll be forced to team with Chris Jericho. Shawn said it's unfortunate because he thinks Chris Jericho is a really talented young man, the only problem is that they can't stand each other. Bischoff has the odds stacked against him, but he's going to beat those odds. Shawn left, telling Terri that there's a midget looking up her dress and it was Fernando, sneaking a peak. The Hurricane and Rosey then showed up and ran after Fernando as he took off.
World Heavyweight Championship Match
Triple H vs. Goldberg (c)
Triple H's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring along with Ric Flair and this is a World Heavyweight Championship rematch from the Survivor Series!
Goldberg and Triple H stood face to face and the two exchanged words and when Goldberg set his sights on Ric Flair, Triple H attacked him from behind with a number of right hands and kicks down into the corner.
Triple H knocked Goldberg into the ropes and behind the referee's back, Ric Flair choked away on the World Heavyweight Champion on the ropes.
Triple H went to the top rope but Goldberg grabbed him and tossed him to the center of the ring with a press slam.
Goldberg set up for the spear but Triple H bailed out of the ring to avoid it and then Goldberg got out of the ring and brawled with Triple H on the outside.
Goldberg gave Triple H a military press into a power slam and then he went to the corner for the spear but Flair grabbed Goldberg by the foot. Goldberg then pulled Flair to the ring apron and knocked him down to the outside.
Randy Orton came out to the ring and the referee called for the bell to end the match in a disqualification and then he got Ric Flair out of the ring and Triple H gave Goldberg the Pedigree and then he pinned Triple H for a two count and then Kane's music hit and he made his way out to distract Triple H. Triple H knocked Kane down from the ring apron with a hard right hand and then Goldberg speared Triple H down to the mat. Kane then got in the ring and gave Goldberg a big boot and the referee sounded for the bell again to end the match in a disqualification once again.
Winner: Goldberg
The Aftermath: Kane dominated Goldberg with some brutalizing right hands and clotheslines in the corner. Kane then planted Goldberg with a choke slam to leave him laying.
Backstage: Eric Bischoff was shown watching the action and Triple H showed up, pissed off. Triple H told Eric that if it wasn't for him and Evolution, Bischoff would be out of a job. Triple H then said that he wants his time, he wants his shot at the World Heavyweight Championship. As he was talking, Kane showed up from behind and he told Eric Bischoff that he wants Goldberg and he wants the World Championship. Eric said that he's glad Kane is here because he was just about to make that match. Goldberg vs. Kane for the World Title. Triple H interrupted and Eric said as he was about to say, it's going to be Triple H vs. Goldberg, and Kane interjected and Kane said that he wants Goldberg and he wants the World Championship! Eric said what he's trying to say is that it's going to be Kane vs. Goldberg vs. Triple H in a Triple Threat Match at Armageddon for the World Heavyweight Title! Everybody's happy with all the bases covered. Kane said that he likes that and then he asked Triple H how that sounds to him? Triple H said swell. It sounds just great, he loves it. After Kane left, Triple H angrily stood face to face with Eric Bischoff and then he left, kicking the door open.
Backstage: A shot of the parking lot was shown and Fernando was still running from the Hurricane, Rosey and Terri!
Salt Lake City Street Fight
Booker T vs. Mark Henry
Booker T's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring for a one on one match against Mark Henry in a rematch from last week. Bischoff showed up on the Titantron and he said to cut the music because it's time for the roulette. Tonight, he's facing the World's Strongest Man. Henry and Long were shown with Bischoff and Long asked Bischoff what's with the snow white girls? Doesn't he have some black ones? Bischoff said they'll work on that, but first let's spin the wheel. They spun the wheel and it landed on a Salt Lake City Street Fight! Mark said he could care less about Salt Lake City but a Street Fight is right up his alley. Eric Bischoff then told Mark to take anything and everything he wants to take to the ring with him. Theodore Long then told Booker to get ready for a Salt Lake beat down, believe that!
Booker T got out of the ring and he hid on the RAW set and waited for Mark Henry. Mark Henry's music hit in the arena and he made his way out and Booker attacked him from behind and then he nailed Mark in the head with a stop sign that he carried out to the arena.
In the ring, all kinds of weapons were used, reminiscent of the old WWE Hardcore Matches.
Booker T went to the top rope and came off with a missile drop kick and then he did the spinaroonie and gave Mark Henry the scissors kick and a pin for a two count.
Mark Henry laid Booker T out with a trash can shot to the head and then he pinned him for the three count to get the win.
Winner: Mark Henry
Backstage: Eric Bischoff was shown spinning the wheel for Trish Stratus and it landed on a Bra and Panties Match. Trish thanked Eric, because her track record in a Bra and Panties match is good. Eric wished her good luck, or maybe it should be bad luck. Trish left the room and Chris Jericho was standing by. Chris guessed the match it landed on and he asked her if she has a problem with this, he can talk to Bischoff. Trish said that she's got this and she said that she knows he's teaming with Shawn Michaels tonight and she knows they have history, but she wants him to do the right thing. Chris said he didn't know what she meant. He can't even stand being in the same ring as HBK. Trish said that Bischoff is using Jericho, trying to get what he wants. Don't be what Bischoff wants him to be, be the man that Trish knows he is. Chris didn't seem too happy and Trish told Chris that maybe if he's good out there tonight, then maybe she'll be good to him tonight. Trish gave Chris Jericho a kiss and then he went on his way.
In the arena: As Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler were talking about the Stone Cold Truth, Fernando, the Hurricane, Rosey and Terri were shown and Fernando jumped into the lap of Jim Ross and he was announced as the winner of the Capture the Midget Match!
Handicap Singapore Cane Match
Scott Steiner & Test vs. Rob Van Dam (c)
RVD made his way out to the ring as the Intercontinental Champion and Eric Bischoff cut the music and applauded RVD's work ethic because he doesn't even know what kind of match he's going to have. He spun the wheel a moment ago and it came up as a Handicap Match. Randy said that we need a little more than that because RVD had all the energy in the world when he attacked him earlier. They spun the wheel again and it's a Singapore Cane Handicap Match with Rob Van Dam against Test and Scott Steiner, accompanied by Stacy Keibler.
RVD knocked Steiner down from the ring apron and then he launched himself at Test on the outside of the ring to knock him down. Steiner then whaled away on Rob Van Dam with the Singapore cane after he landed and then RVD whipped Steiner into the steel steps.
RVD went to hit Test with the stick but Test pulled Stacy in front of him and RVD pulled back. Steiner then nailed RVD in the back with a cheap shot to knock him down.
Test went to hit RVD with the stick but he ducked it and Test plowed through Steiner with the cane. RVD then went to the top rope and came off with the frog splash on Scott Steiner.
Test got in the ring and he nailed RVD in the back of the head with the Singapore cane and then he pinned him for the three count to get the win.
Winners: Scott Steiner & Test
After the match, Stacy Keibler reluctantly got in the ring and celebrated with Steiner and Test.
Bischoff was shown backstage and Chris Jericho showed up and asked Bischoff is this is what the show needs, a Bra and Panties Match? Eric asked Chris if this is what is all about or is it because he's really falling for her? Chris said that he's not but Eric said that he can see it all over his face. Eric said the Bra and Panties Match is going to happen, but when Chris Jericho teams with Shawn Michaels, he wants to make sure he and Chris are on the same page. Chris told Eric Bischoff that he knows him too well and tonight, he's going to do the right thing.
Bra and Panties Match
Miss Jackie vs. Trish Stratus
Rico and Jackie made their way out to the ring and this is a Bra and Panties Match with Miss Jackie against Trish Stratus!
Jackie attacked Trish from behind and then she gave Trish a European upper cut and then Trish whipped Jackie off the ropes and Jackie came back with a sunset flip and she tried to pull Trish's pants off but Trish got out of it and pulled Jackie's shirt off.
Jackie set Trish up in the tree of woe position and then she ripped her shirt off and we're half way there for the finish!
Trish went for the head scissors from the ropes but Jackie stopped her and pulled her pants in an attempt to get them off but Trish pulled Jackie down to the mat. Rico then hopped to the ring apron and Trish pulled his pants off as he got in the ring and Rico was revealed as wearing a thong.
Jackie went to hit Trish but she hit Rico to knock him out of the ring and then Trish ripped Jackie's pants off to win the match.
Winner: Trish Stratus
The Aftermath: Jackie got out of the ring and argued with Lilian Garcia for announcing Trish as the winner and then she ripped her shirt off and the two argued until Rico pulled Jackie away.
Backstage: Chris Jericho and Trish Stratus were shown and Chris said he knew she was going to win and he asked her if they're still on for tonight and Trish told Chris that it all depends on him. Chris Jericho then went on his way and he wasn't too happy and we cut back to the arena and Lilian Garcia got in the ring and flaunted it as Lawler said "If you got it, flaunt it!"
Backstage: Shawn Michaels was shown walking through the backstage area and he wasn't at all happy due to the fact that he'll be teaming up with Chris Jericho, next!
Ric Flair & Batista vs. Shawn Michaels & Chris Jericho
Evolution's music hit in the arena and Ric Flair and Batista made their way out to the ring and this is a tag team match with Shawn Michaels teaming up with his reluctant tag team partner, Chris Jericho.
Shawn Michaels started it off in the ring against Ric Flair and the two locked it up and Shawn put Flair in a side headlock and Flair whipped Michaels off the ropes only to get knocked down with a shoulder block by Michaels.
Ric Flair went to the top rope but Chris Jericho grabbed him and tossed him to the center of the ring. Chris Jericho then crawled over and made the tag to Shawn Michaels.
Ric Flair started bleeding from the nose during the match. It's uncertain what exactly caused it but the commentators speculated that his nose could be broken.
Chris Jericho got in the ring and Shawn Michaels couldn't see and he nailed Jericho to knock him down to the mat and then he gave Ric Flair a back body drop. Shawn went to the corner for the super kick and then he knocked Flair down to the mat with the super kick.
Chris Jericho then got in the ring and gave Shawn Michaels the super kick to knock him down onto Ric Flair to pin him for the three count!
Winners - Shawn Michaels & Chris Jericho
Chris Jericho quickly left the scene with a smile on his face and Batista got in the ring and gave Shawn Michaels a power bomb and then he lifted him up and choked away on him. As a result, Shawn started bleeding internally and the show ended with Batista saying that he believes in Armageddon!
