-  On Saturday night's Confidential, WWE's piece on HIAC seriously hinted at something huge planned for the HHH/Nash match tonight.

Phrases such as "everytime there's a HIAC, something big has to happen or we can't have them anymore" and "Kevin Nash and HHH have seen past HIAC matches and will try to do even better" were all over the segment, which was a huge promotional tool for the match on tonight's PPV.

Obviously, WWE would want to make the match sound as good as possible and could conceivably not have something major planned, but with the way some of the quotes from superstars were worded, fans are going to be VERY disappointed if there's no memorable event in the match tonight.

While Mick Foley may have a lot of friends in WWE, there are those who do not have Mick in their favor.

Some wrestlers have been stating things along the lines of "Mick has enough F--- you' money saved up that he can say whatever he wants and not worry about his long-term financial security."

Others also feel that the only reason Foley is back after saying so many negative things about WWE is that he is still very popular with the fans, and it's in Vince's best interest to forgive him when he has use for Foley's popularity on TV.

-  It appears TNN's attempt to go ahead with the "Spike TV" name change has now failed while fighting with Spike Lee in court yesterday, according to a report in Newsday.

Justice Luis Gonzalez of the State Supreme Court's Appellate Division refused to continue the order previously made earlier in the week, halting the name change. This Tuesday a panel of five judges will begin hearing the case to decide a further verdict. All previously scheduled programming changes that were set for "Spike TV" will go ahead as planned but will still remain under the TNN name.
