- Not only did Steve Austin suffer a black eye last week following a car accident, but the co-GM of RAW also suffered a broken nose and several scrapes to his body. Notably, Austin did not drink any beer last week on RAW. He handed several cans to Lillian Garcia, but never actually drank any. He was said to be feeling pretty bad and was in very rough shape.

Based on the pops Kevin Nash has been receiving at house shows some in the WWE are trying to convince Vince McMahon that Kevin Nash is a money player who can draw. Many, however, do remain sceptical, as the general consensus within the company is that the pop has nothing to do with the performer and everything to do with the fans believing they have seen a title switch.
- Chris Benoit has a pretty bad looking left eye. It has come to light that this happened when Benoit got potatoed by Sean O Haire at a house show this weekend. Expect Benoit to show up this week on SmackDown! sporting a shiner.
- Finally, sources have confirmed that the Rock's appearance on RAW tonight is a one-time deal and that rumors of an appearance at Bad Blood are false.
