| Austin/Rock Feud To Be On RAW + Goldberg News & More | |||||||||
| - It appears that there has been a change as related to the Rock vs. Steve Austin feud which is set to begin to build towards a match between the two at WrestleMania. The plan had been for Austin to move over to SmackDown to work the program with Rock, however plans have changed. Tomorrow night, The Rock will debut on RAW and the two will feud over the coming weeks on Monday Night RAW. - There still is no official word on whether or not Bill Goldberg has signed with the WWE, however what is going around is that he either has agreed to a deal or the sides are very very close. It was rumored earlier that Goldberg was perhaps going to appear on No Way Out tonight, but as we saw that did not take place. However, it is said that it would have been more likely for Goldberg to debut on RAW tomorrow night than him appearing on No Way Out tonight so take that for what it is worth. - The crooked referee during the Hogan/Rock match tonight on No Way Out that screwed over Hulk Hogan with Vince McMahon and The Rock was a local Montreal developmental wrestler named Sly Grenier. - It was announced earlier today before the PPV that Paul Heyman is no longer going to be the head writer for the WWE SmackDown show. David Lagana and Bruce Prichard will now be head writers for SmackDown. It is being reported that Heyman will now be a consultant for both RAW and SmackDown.
