So far, Elizabeth's boyfriend Lex Luger, was brought in for questioning since the death took place in his condo, however, as we reported, he was released earlier today.
A cause of death will likely not be determined until the results of toxicology reports, which will not be available for roughly 30 days.

- Lex Lugar is now back under police custody and has been arrested in connection with the death of Miss Elizabeth.
Police officers who responded to a 911 call early today reportedly found drugs in Luger's condo, and it's believed Luger has been charged with drug related offenses.
This afternoon, Cobb County police spokesman Cpl. Brody Staud stated, "There were no signs of foul play. We are not investigating this as a homicide."
