Fundamentalism by Abu Yousaf
We are under threat from fundamentalist!
The fundamentalists are a threat to the world peace mission!
We should unite in our efforts against the fundamentalist!
There is no existence of such things in Islam called fundamentalist!
If the wave of fundamentalism is not stopped, no body will be saved from becoming
its next target!
These are a few headlines that appear
in newspapers regularly.
In additional to that; Islam means peace and these radical extremists are
creating problems for the moderate Muslims!
We need to root out these terrorist, extremist, radical and fanatic Muslims!
And so on.
People even in the Muslims world use these
worlds so freely and don't understand the implication of it. They are not
aware of what is coming out of their mouths. They have been deluded by the
west in thinking that these acts are inhuman, non-religious and of ill-mannered
people. The west has played with the minds of Muslims for a very long time
and now they have fallen deep into the western plot. From Cairo to Washington,
From Washington to London and From London to Paris; the chartered planes are
carrying VIPs to destroy Fundamentalism. Their fear can be sensed from every
side. The so-called super powers that have worldwide rule are shaking with
fear. From the White House to Buckingham Palace to Red House (already in rubble)
to all the so-called Muslim leaders are shaking. Their sleep has vanished
all of a sudden. The Rulers of Pakistan and Bangladesh have decided to side
with the West as their allies. Could someone tell them what Allah (SWT) revealed
1400 years ago?
"Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you (O Mohammed
(SAW)) till you follow their religion."(Al Baqarah: 120)
"And they will never cease fighting you until they turn you back from your
religion (Islamic Monotheism) if they can." (Al Baqarah: 217)
These words or the Merciful ring loud
and true for all to see in our lifetime. We have lived to witness the greatest
of nightmare that any Muslim could imagine- the occupation of the Holy Arabian
Peninsular by the forces of Kufr! They didn't stop at this, Further more they
decided to bombard Iraq and now Afghanistan.
And non-Islamic governments of Muslim countries are using state-sponsored
scholars to issue Fatwas of making Fundamentalism haram. These scholars are
busy preparing information against those who love Quran and Sunnah.
By taking a closer look we can see these terms are mainly used only for Muslims.
Those who are steadfast on their dean and those who demand that Islam should
be elevated and the oppression should be stopped.Examples would include The
Islamic Salvation Front of Algeria (I.S.F), won the elections of the country
to given but denied the right to by being branded as Fundamentalist. The organisation
such as Egypt's Islamic Jihad and the Taliban who implemented the Shariah
of Allah (SWT) and His Messenger (PBUH).
I wonder why the Serbs who massacred the Muslims of Bosnia, The Hindus who
are still killing the Muslims of Kashmir, The Russians who have been at the
fore front of the destruction of Islam and last but not the least our well
known Alhe Kitaab The Jew's of Israel. Infidel's acts not enough to be labelled
as extremist, fundamentalist, fanatic and inhuman?
Who is Fundamentalist?
He who manufactures weapons or he who uses weapon? Who is Extremist a country
that is not capable of being a province let alone a state having nuclear bombs?
Yeah that's right Israel. Or what about the countries that have nuclear weapons
for peace keeping? Peace keeping and nuclear weapon doesn't really gel in
now does it?
The above statements prove that manufacturers, promoters of weapon are not
fundamentalist. If that was the case then America should be the biggest Terrorist.
They have a long list of cruelties under their name, Hiroshima Nagasaki, Vietnam,
Gulf War (Iraq) and now Afghanistan. Can't they leave the people in peace
and alone and O yeah not to mention the Somalia/Sudan propaganda?
The extremist Christians of Sudan, The Jews of Israel, The Hindus of India
are never labelled so but when there is a Muslim uprising in form of General
Umar Bashir of Sudan, Hammas of Palestine and Harkatul Mujahiddin of Kashmir
respectively the labels of fundamentalism flood out.
Why aren't the PLO and Yasser Arafat groups of Palestine, Ikhwan e Muslimeen
of Egpyt after the replaced Jihad with modern politics (Alas! If only they
had not moved away from Jihad for which so many of their ancestors had sacrificed
their lives) labelled as extremist?
The above clarifies the position that, every Muslim who has Islamic power,
or who wishes to gain Islamic power and has love for Islam in his heart and
hatred for the kuffr, and is a Supporter of the implementation of Islamic
system of life will be known as Fundamentalist.
Hence, In short destroying fundamentalism
means, to destroy Islamic power. Banning it means to ban Jihad and to give
Fatwas (Religious verdicts) is to give fatwa against Jihad.
This is why America is able to tolerate millions of Muslims living in the
west and in Arabian peninsular even though many of them seem to be punctual
with their worship and religious issues. Yet America cannot tolerate a few
hundred Arab Muslims living in Afghanistan.
Before I move onto the Islamic side of fundamentalism, I would like to regretfully
mention that many Muslims have fallen into this trap. And those working with
Muslim organisations look at The Mujahiddin who takes up arms in defence of
Islam as degraded Muslims. Fear of Muslim are baseless because the small amount
of dignity left with the Muslims is to the credit of those who struggle in
Allah (SWT) way Alhamdolillah.
What Does Islam Say About Fundamentalism?
When taking a closer look at the Quran, Sunnah, Sunnah of the Sahabah(ra)
and the research of the Fuqahah we find out that all those elements for which
he West of today labels Muslim as a Fundamentalists, fall in the category
of 'Fardh' (Obligation) for the Muslims. In fact some of the factors are such
that if the Muslims do not act upon them, They will not remain Muslims. For
example, The most frequent reason for which one is labelled a fundamentalist
is strictly adhering to Islam as the west like to put it radical Muslims.
This is a major requirement of the faith, for which a Muslim can be cut into
pieces but he cannot renounce Islam as a Fundamental. Allah(SWT) has ordered
us to enter fully into Islam. Islam is the name of a complete code of life.
"O you who believe! Enter perfectly into Islam (b obeying all the rules
and regulations of the Islamic religion) and follow not the footsteps of shaytaan
(Satan). Verily, He is to you a plain enemy" (Al Baqarah: 208)
The kuffars cannot tolerate that we remain Muslims. They only tolerate to
the extent that ensures their safety so they tried various means to destroy
the protection of Islam. Jihad being the shield of Islam and the Muslims,
the west has continues to disarm the Muslims so whenever they wish they could
swallow us. They perhaps have managed in their eyes in the ongoing war in
Afghanistan. But Allah says "….It is incumbent upon us to grant victory
to the believers." (Ar-Rum: 47)
Muslims have been subjected to slavery and humiliation for to long. All praise to Allah who awakened the Muslims from their sleep. Having destroyed one of the two major enemies of Islam Soviet Union, eradicating its name from the World Map. Observing the defeat of the Soviet Union, the second World power realised the threat from the Muslims. Later the same uprising that brought about the defeat of Serbs In the war against Bosnia. The UN and the world body didn't go in for peace keeping until they realised the awakening of some of the sleeping European Muslims.
So I ask the Muslims;
Was Prophet of Allah(PBUH) extremist? If extremism is to make women cover
from head to toe, men grow their beard, men to take up arms against the non-believers,
lashing fornicators, stoning adulterers, cutting hands of thieves and implementing
Islamic law then Yes Messenger of Allah(SAW) was an extremist!
Was Prophet of Allah(PBUH) a fundamentalist? In it's real meaning fundamentalism
mean to follow laid down fundamentals like the five pillars of Islam. Which
the Taliban implemented and believed in then Yes Messenger of Allah(SAW) was
a Fundamentalist!
Was prophet of Allah(PBUH) a terrorist? If terrorism is to wage Jihad against
those who oppress, If terrorism is to speak against the evil of democracy,
If terrorism is to fight those who want to crush the word of Allah(SWT) most
high then again Yes Messenger of Allah(SAW) was a terrorist!
Finally I ask my brothers and sister in faith to wake up. It is time to understand the pure Islam. It is now the time that we realise that West can never side with Muslim and never would. West doesn't like Muslims of Islam. West wants to eliminate the Muslims from the face of the earth. The prophecy of the beloved Messenger of Allah (SAW) has come true that Muslims will be attacked from all sides and they would be weak. Not because they will be small in number on the contrary they will be massive in number. But "Love of the Duniya" and the "Fear of Akhiraah /Death" will weaken Muslims. This hadith can be found in Musnad Ahmed Bin Hanbal.
I would like to request the Muslims to
understand the plot which the West has created to dismantle, disarm and destabilise
the Muslims to wake up and rise back to the fame. Rise under the same banner
of tawheed (Islamic Monotheism). Love of this world and the fear of death
will never get us anywhere but destruction. Muslims sacrificed their lives
in Afghanistan against Russia that awoke many of us up. Hence, they were able
to protect lands of Kashmir, Bosnia, Kosovo, and Chechnya to name a few. Wake
up now before it's to late and the enemy is at your door to destroy you. Fundamentalism
is nothing more then just a word created by the west to Divide and Rule Muslims.
Islam is complete way of life and anyone who follows Islam to the fullest
has to be a Fundamentalist, Extremist and Terrorist in the eyes of the West.
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said;
"Indeed Islam began as something strange. And it will return as something
strange the way it began. So give glad tidings to the strangers".
Finally, to those who still hate the Taliban I suggest that they open their eyes go on to their side where the breezes of the shuhada flow.
