Here is a recipe I found in my files recently to add to our "family recipes":

BAKED SWISS CAULIFLOWER

1 Cauliflower                              
� cup bread crumbs
2 � c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 � c. half & half
3 egg yolks
� tsp. ground nutmeg
� tsp. salt
� tsp. pepper
� c. melted butter

Separate cauliflower and cook in salted water.
Combine crumbs and cheese.  Mix yolks with half & half, add seasonings, and add to cheese mixture.  Spread cauliflower in greased pan and pour mixture over.  Drizzle butter on top.
Bake 350  15-20 minutes (maybe more).
