Meeting: March 26th, 2001

The March 26 meeting of the Muskingum College Republicans Executive Board was called to order by Renee Morrow. The first order of business was to rename the club. It was decided upon "College Republicans of Muskingum." The Lincoln Reagan event produced approximately $6,000. It was decided that the scholarship would be funded through $2,500 over a four-year period and would be administered through the Muskingum County Community Foundation. The 2002 Lincoln Reagan event was discussed and decided upon Sean Hannity as the most potential speaker.

Activities for 2001-2002 were discussed and include voter registration campaign, Zanesville City Council races, and a campus speaker. The constitution was looked over and revised, pending approval from the club. An office was aquired on Main Street and is being organized.

The next meeting will be April 2, 2001 at 8:00 p.m. in Cambridge Hall, Room 139.
