| 1984 found the group taking a break after seven years of competing at Bishop Leurs. The group performed at several local functions, including the Indiana State School Board Convention in French Lick, Indiana. The group traveled once again to Jasper, and took home not only Outstanding Stage Crew honors for the second year in a row, but also the Grand Championship trophy!! In April, Music Warehouse headed to Nashville, Tennessee to compete at Opryland, USA's 1984 American Music Festival. Out of twenty-five groups, Music Warehouse placed third overall. The 1984 competition show was: La Jazz Hot (with flammable paper) You, We Want to Please You (with magician's paper flowers) ? ? ? |
