We
recommend that you save all your music video submissions as one of
the following file types: MPEG-4, WMV, MOV,
AVI, and then
transfer it to a CD-R compact disc. Please be sure to limit your
music video files to only one per disc. You will
also need
an additional disc that must include a digital portfolio of graphic
designs, artwork, photographs, creative posters, and
any
other user information material. These digital files will help
enhance the publishing, and promoting of every single music
entertainment video of yours on our official website. Make sure
each of your compact discs is in a plastic protective case and has a
creative design cover.
Our
company's policy requires each individual Copyright Owner who is of
legal age to provide a license agreement for
their
copyrighted material. We ask that all Independent Music Solo Artists
or Disc Jockeys to type up a formal letter and sign it
before submitting their compact discs to our company. All
Independent Music Bands are to do the same, but submit only one
formal letter on behalf of all your band members. It is
important that each band member's name and signature appear on the
document. This formal letter ought to declare that your
Independent Music Label agrees to grant Music Video Enterprise ® the
non-exclusive rights to do the following with your copyrighted
material: Upload your digital art portfolio onto an animated webpage
we design for advertising your "audiovisual works" electronically on
our official website, sell electronic copies of your "audiovisual
works" directly to potential online shoppers, and electronically
distribute copies to the customer's hard disk drive by having your
digital entertainment property downloaded to them over the Internet.
This formal letter must include your contact information, your
Independent Music Label's official website address, and the
necessary written signatures to confirm that this permission is
authentic. The license agreement must also include the title of each
"audiovisual works" and the credits of everyone who worked on your
production. Those who are not eighteen years or older and are
associated with an Independent Music Label must get their parents or
legal guardians to sign the license agreement. Everyone who is
involved must understand and agree with these legal conditions
before they submit any of their copyrighted material to our company.

Our
company will accept music entertainment videos that have hardcore
imagery, and controversial content. However,
our board of
directors that work for Music Video Enterprise � must view the music
video submissions and give each video a
proper rating. They
need to do this to notify the consumers of any explicit content
found throughout the videos before the
consumers decide to
go ahead and make a purchase. Our online company will sell these
unscripted, uncut, and uncensored music entertainment videos for
music artists that want their audience/fans to experience everything
as is. This digital entertainment property sold from our online
video music store are "audiovisual works" that the Canadian
Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) would
