Along the subject line ... I NEED to know why more of Silk's appearances are not posted on their website!! People who are logging into the site need to see when/where Silk will be performing so that they can also be in attendance! -- The more people, the better!! If any of you guys/girls know of an email ID I can send this to, to make this a legitimate complaint, please please please let me know!! Now, for the details... I got to The Atrium (club in Atlanta, GA) early enough to see Jerald Daemyon doing his warm-up session, so I knew I was in store for somethin' GOOD! He seemed so cool up there onstage, very 'down-to-earth,' as people say... It was a while before the show but that was okay cuz after he left, I just chilled back & watched the stage crew do their thing, playing the music through the computer system & all. Show time comes around and Mitch Faulkner, DJ for KISS 104.1 and our host for the evening, introduces violinist Jerald Daemyon. He played that electric violin with so much passion, all I could do was cheese a 40-mile smile as I watched. Even though I watched him warm up, I didn't realize that Jerald's violin was clear-amber, yea, you could see through it! lol Jerald played a few songs including, "Summer Madness" & "What Kind Of Man Would I Be" & "You Make Me Feel Brand New" ... During the 1st song, he took his jacket off to reveal this awesome red shirt that went well with his black pants, made of the same material. He serenaded a couple of women, going all over the place! Let me tell you, he got so into it that the spotlight couldn't even stay on him!! !!!SILK!!! I was watching the Temptations yesterday & realized that Silk always does the Temps' foot cross-over move when they dance, pretty cute... Silk came out & performed a few songs, too, including... "Lose Control," "Meeting In My Bedroom," They even sang Happy Birthday to I think, 4 ladies, whose BDays were all that day... lol, There were so many BDays that they said, "We're about to start doing license checks now!"
