Dario G
Dario G are instantly recognisable to most people for one of the biggest dance tunes ever-Sunchyme. The song was their breakthrough hit and led the way for many more. The English band's huge hit went into the UK chart at no.2 where it hung around for weeks in the top 10. Many people had them down as a one-hit wonder, as many dance bands are. This was proved wrong when they had another top 5 hit with carnaval de paris, the footballing anthem. Their debut album Super Dario land which was influenced by the computer game-super mario land but with a slight spelling change also proved a big success worldwide. Many assumed they'd gone for good but then after a few minor top 40 hits, they made their comeback in style when dream to me debuted in the top 10 at the beginning of 2001, with guest vocalist-Ingfried stroymstoyl. The song was inspired by the cranberries top 30 hit dreams. Ingfried sang again on another big hit of theirs-say what's on your mind. Both of these tracks came from the band's second album, in full colour.
