"The best tune on the album is "Star". It starts off with some cool guitar riffs that you can picture as the opening to the begining of a great concert where everyone is having a blast. It has a very catchy chorus that stays in your head for days. The acoustic solo is also something that adds to the song. "Lonely Town" is something that you can see as a hit on VH-1. Great lyrics to match the music. It's a tune that can hit the mainstream of Rock and stay there for a while. Many of the songs are just straight up Rock n Roll tunes that can stay in your car stereo for days and weeks." - www.rockinyourworld.com
"When I got this CD in the mail, I didn't have any expectations, because you can rarely tell if a band is going to be good just by the packaging of a CD, but let me tell you that this CD is definitley a rocker, hence the title of the band & singer/guitarist, Rob Rocker. "Star", the first song on the CD is pure rock n roll....it's not heavy, but it has this really poppy, happy feel with a great beat & simple guitar riff. The song "Star" is definitley the best song on this CD & I totally love it. "Lonely Town" is a main stream, radio friendly song, while "Aint the Same" is slower. BTW, "Aint the Same" is not an LA Guns cover FYI! "Sunflower Garden" has a Mountain "Mississippi Queen" vibe to it, while "Saturday Night Rock Star" has a sample from the Bay City Rollers & has a definite New York Dolls feel to it. "Goodbye" is electronic soaked while "Everytime I see you" is a good song with interesting lyrics. This is a great band that deserves some exposure, so check out their stuff!"
