We decided to change the singing part after we had tried rehearsing with Julie singing it by herself a few times. She was rather too quiet despite playing the instruments quieter. Tom had the idea that we should all sing together. This worked better but we still need more variety. After a discussion we had the following ideas……..

With only ten minutes left before we were to perform the group decided to cut the under rehearsed last section. We also thought that a slightly slower performance would reduce the bad timing. We also made sure that we were facing each other. This meant that we could use signals to help the different entries of the words.
