Keyboard exercises

Correct seating position.

(hand position remains the same if standing)

Exercises

These are simple exercises to improve the communication between brain and hands. They should also develop coordination between the hands and encourate the player to listen and coordinate  with the automatic drums which are part of the porta-sound keyboard.

The exercises are simple enough to enable the majority of the student’s attention to remain on the technique rather than the added difficulties of tunes and music reading.
