Helston Accordion Band
1990 - 1997

From 1990  Ian took up the baton with yet another band, this time it was the Helston Accordion Band in Cornwall.
He achieved good sucess with the accordion band making them one of the most sought after groups.

They played at many venues around Cornwall, and were asked to guest appear at the Athenaeum Theatre in Plymouth.

Ian also took the band on tour to Germany twice, guesting in the Hessen Region.  They visited Bad Homborg, Aulendiebach and Budingen, playing at various concert halls where they were very well recieved.

During Ians time with the Accordions, they recorded 3 cassettes,which were also very much sort after and were often requested on the radio.
