Chapter 5: Addiction

............In the mean time..............
Lorenzo explained to Devine about Sage�s death and that she was really Lorenzo�s daughter. (Lorenzo had an affair with his brother�s wife.) The rest of the teens let Devine in on the secret after they found out that she knows. No pictures of Sage were left in PC, and the bank in Argentina was robber. (Sage�s pictures were in the bank�s safe.) Devine decided to go to Argentina to visit her sister�s grave and to try to find the pictures.
............Port Charles High School...........
Georgie got the test results for her chemistry test, and she failed. Her grades were slipping but she didn�t care. She left her classroom and went to the girls bathroom. She walked into the bathroom and spotted a few girls she didn�t know and Lynn.
�Hi, what�s up?� Asked Lynn cheerfully as ever.
�Nothing much.� Georgie said. Lately she was distant and far away from everyone. The bell rang.
�Hey, I have to go to class, we�ll talk later ok?�
�Yeah, whatever.� Georgie was eager to see her friend leave. The other girls left soon too.
When all alone, Georgie pulled out a small white bag of some powdery substance. She walked closer to the bathroom door and locked it. When she knew that she was safe, she opened the bad and spilled the contents of the bag onto a little index card. She threw out the empty bag and then sniffed the powdery substance until it was all consumed. The effects of the crack-cocaine took over her body and mind as all sanity died. She walked out of the bathroom as if nothing happened.

(Cemetery)
Laying on the cemetery grounds, Devine tried to stop the bleeding. She was stabbed by the same stalker who she met in Miami. The stalker stabbed her again, as she tried her hardest to stay strong and to pull herself to safety. She hugged the tomb stone by which she was laying and pulled herself up and over to the other side. �Thanks sister� she said in her mind as she released Sage Alcazar�s tomb. The stalker came over to her side and tried to stab her again. Devine grabbed his hands and tried to push them away from her but he was too strong.
�Stop!� Someone cried in the distance preventing the stalker from stabbing Devine. Both, Devine and the stalker looked up and a shadow of a woman approaching. Devine felt rescued when she spotted the shadow. The strength was leaving her, and she was fighting for dear life as she slipped into un-consciousness.
�It�s you again.� said the stalker to the approaching woman when he finally recognized her. She didn�t say anything, she just came closer. She finally picked up a rock that was on one of the tomb stones, and she hit him. He fell to the ground while she called out an ambulance to save Devine.
(Hospital)
Devine woke up in the hospital and started looking around. She spotted someone she recognized.
�What are you doing here?� she asked a girl who was reading a magazine.
�I just saved your life, that�s what I�m doing here.� The girl said
�How?� Devine was confused, the last time she saw this girl was still in the states.
�I saw someone stabbing you so I knocked him out. Plus, I owed you one.� said the girl.
Devine remembered when she saved this girl from that stalker back in Miami. �Do you know why he was stalking and stabbing me?� she asked.
�Yeah, I do.� said Kyla. �His name is Paul Moss, he used to be related to Chamar Moss, the mobster. When Chamar was killed, Paul decided to destroy everyone who was associated with his death. And since Lorenzo Alcazar ordered the hit on Chamar, Paul wants to kill you to send a message to Lorenzo.�
�How do you know that I�m an Alcazar?� Devine asked all confused.
�When you saved me from him, I brock back into his house and did some research on him and on you. I found some old newspaper clippings dating to the middle 1980's. He knew you were an Alcazar before you even knew it.�
�How is that possible?� Devine asked herself but Kyla knew the answer and shared it with her friend.
�All my research shows that he used to have an affair with your mother. When she gave birth to you and died, he arranged it for you to be adopted because he wasn�t ready for a child. He suspected that you were Lorenzo�s but there was a little hope that you could be a Moss, but when you found out about your adoption and searched for your real family, he discovered that you were really an Alcazar. I don�t know how he discovered it, but he did.� said Kyla.
�When I found out I was adopted, my adopted parents told me my real mother�s name, then I found out that she was engaged to Lorenzo Alcazar. When I found out that Lorenzo was shot a few times in Miami, I came there so I could steal the bullets from the forensics report. Then I did a DNA test on the blood from the bullets and my own blood.�
�So I guess you are a 100% Alcazar.� said Kyla
�Yeah, I am. Now can you tell me how YOU play into this?� asked Devine.
�Lorenzo Alcazar is not the only one of Paul�s obsessions.� said Kyla returning to her reading.
..............Lucas�s room, Bobbie�s apartment...............
Bobbie was working a night shift at the hospital so Lucas and Brook Lynn decided to have a romantic date together.
�I love you so much.� said Lucas while removing Brooks shirt.
�I love you too.� she said. The kissing began as they both laid down on the bed. Brook removed his shirt and started kissing on his neck. They rolled in the bed-sheets with passion running from head to toe. They both experienced true bliss with each other in their arms.
�I love you.� said Lucas after they were done. Lynn put her head on his chest while falling asleep.
�Ring, Ring.� the phone rang and Brook lifted her head.
�Don�t get it.� said Lucas while caressing her hair.
�What if it�s important?� Brook asked and got the phone, �Hello?.......yeah...........we�ll be right there.� she said with a smile and hung up.
�Who was it? What they want?� asked Lucas.
�Get dressed, we�re going to the hospital.� said Lynn.
�Why?� Lucas was confused since Lynn was smiling but the hospital was always a bad thing.
�Molly just gave birth to a baby girl� Lynn said with a smile on.
