Chapter 4

Sage and Dillon got into Sonny and Carly�s penthouse. Sonny was out at the time and Carly didn�t care who entered her home as long as they could help her. Carly�s crying has ended and she was strong again. Now she was ready to do anything to get her boys back, even walk though fire or ice.
Dillon was ready to start looking for clues that the cops could have overlooked. He was opening every closet and every door, or anything that would open. He was going so fast it would be surprising if he would know what he sees. Sage, on the other hand, wasn�t even looking. She was on the verge of tears and was to afraid to tell anyone what she is feeling. Images from her past were flashing before her eyes. She walked over to the fireplace and started looking at the picture frames with pictures in them. There was one of Sonny and Carly, another one of Michael and Morgan. The picture in the middle was of the whole family. Sage picked up the picture and looked at it. Sonny had one hand on Carly�s shoulder and another one was hugging Michael. Carly was holding Morgan. Morgan looked like he was two months old at the time and the picture wasn�t taken to long ago. Sage looked at the picture and got another flashback from her childhood. She started feeling weak and her grip on that picture weakened. Her head got dizzy and she fell to the floor.
Dillon heard a bang and turned around. Sage was laying on the floor and there was a broken picture frame next to her. His first instinct was to save her again. He remembered when he jumped in the lake after her in very late fall. He went over to her and helped her up. �Are you ok? What happened?�
�My-my head got dizzy and I fell.�
�Do you need to go to the hospital?�
�No, I haven�t had any sleep since the kidnaping�s began. I get these...� She paused when she saw that the picture frame was broken and the picture was laying face-down. On the back of the picture there was something written but her eyes were too blurry to read it, �What does it say?�
�Haw, what?� Dillon was confused. Sage pointed to the picture and Dillon picked it up and read it. It said �Real patents don�t leave their kids with the nanny.�

Sonny was standing outside of Ric�s house. Ric claimed to be innocent but Sonny couldn�t trust him, it wouldn�t be the first time Ric kidnaped someone. Ric was sitting reading some files. He was living alone again, his wife, Elizabeth, and son, Cameron, were living separately. The phone rang and Ric walked over to pick it up. Sonny saw a definite smile when Ric saw the number on the caller id, �it must be Elizabeth�, Sonny thought while looking thought Ric�s window. Ric picked up the phone and sais �Hello?� with a smile on his face. Suddenly there�s a long pause and the smile vanishes into thin air. Now Ric is flushed and shocked. He falls on the couch behind him and sits there, not moving. The phone falls from his hands but he doesn�t even realize it.
