Jason fell in love with her and they were about to get married but Carly got kidnaped and they all put their lives on hold. When Carly was rescued, Courtney got kidnaped by Lorenzo. She was pregnant at the time but no one knew except for her dad Mike and Carly.
She was in a panic and decided to escape. She jumped out of the ship (that is where she and Carly have been held prisoners). As a result of the cold water and the stress, she lost the baby. When she came back she married Jason. After Carly�s coma, she took Michael and baby Morgan to a nice suburb and met a very nice cop. When she came back to Port Charles, the cop came too.
She came back to Jason and soon left because she couldn�t accept what Jason does for a living. She started dating the cop, Brian. She got back with Jason when Carly was in the asylum. Soon after, she heard Brian talking about how he is after Jason and Sonny, so she followed Brian and ending up in the middle of a shootout. As a result, she shot Brian in the back to save her husband. Brian survived.
Durring the big Hotel fire, Courtney saved a very rich woman and her dog. As a result, she got $10 Million and ownership of Pier Phillips. Courtney Almost got back together with Jason, and the same day they had a huge fight and he sighned the divorce papers. Mad at him, she sold her waterfront property to the first buyer, who happened to be Lorenzo.
She then started dating Jax as a bet of 10 Millon dollers for her foundation (to save kids). After a few months of dating she started falling for him. When the bet ended in September 2004, she and Jax temporaraly brock up and got back together the next day. Courtney wanted to do more then provide money for her foundation so she became a foster mother for a 17 year old boy named Diago. Diago had a crush on Courtney which made Jax realy nerviouse.
