Santa and the
Three Bears was a feature film produced by Key Enterprises LTD
and Tony Benedict Productions. Its a story about two mischevious
bear cubs who want to know all about Christmas.
Since bears
hibernate during the winter, they don't experience the joy and
wonder of Christmas. As the Cubs soon find out what Christmas is
all about, they plan to stay up until Christmas comes. Nana, the
cubs' mom wants to sleep though. With a little help from the
friendly forest ranger, Nana makes her cubs' first Christmas the
best one.

Santa and the Three
Bears was first released as a feature film, although it had somewhat
a limited release as from what I can tell. Eventually, it hit
broadcast TV as a Christmas special, with the most recent airing on
Fox Family (now ABC Family) Channel in the late 90s. ST3B has been
released on video numerous times, and it is now on DVD as well. (see

Apparently even though
this special is not as obscure as others, it virtually had no fan
sites on the internet. The only places for information was Toonarific
and the Big Cartoon Database. This ST3B fan site is probably the only
one in existance right now.
