1. Reading/entry fee: 0

2. Style: metered/rhyme verse or free verse.

3. No. of lines: 80 lines or less.

4. You can submit a maximum of 3 poems with one theme or three different themes.

5. Include your name and mailing address, email address.

6. Submit short biography

7. Submit 1-3 poems and short bio by snail mail or email to editor at: [email protected]

8. Deadlines of submission of poems for the minor themes:
I.  March 31, 2005.
II. June 30, 2005
III. Sept 30, 2005
IV. Sept 30, 2005

9. Shortlist of winners will be announced on October 15, 2005

10. The top nine winners will be announced on October 30, 2005.

11. Best Poem: Cash Prize of $1,000 and poem published at Muses Review.

13. Submitted Poems will not be returned but the copyright belongs to the poet.

14. The poem should be written in English language.

15. The top twenty poems will be published at Muses Review, Fall edition, but cash prize is reserve only for the top nine winners.

16. Other poems not in the Top 20 will be published in later issues of Muses Review.

17. Choose one theme or three themes for each poem you want to submit.

18. Selected 50 poems will be published in an anthology.

19. The decision of the judge or panel is final.

20. The awarding ceremonies will be  on November 2005 but the exact venue will be announced later.

21. Muses Review will feature some of the submitted poems during the contest duration from Dec 1, 2004 to Sept 30, 2005 and after the contest duration.

22. The poem contest starts on December 1, 2004 and ends on September 30, 2005 for ten months.

23. This is an international poetry contest open to physicists and non-physicists alike.
