Dietetic
Here I'll talk about the sugars, the fats and the proteins. I don't want to make a dietetic lesson, I want to tell to use of these elements but I don't go into details.
Sugar
They bring power to the body. They bring 4cal/gr of sugar.
You find the sugars in cereal, and others products coming from the vegetables.
In theory, the sugars would bee the first source of power for the body. But it's often fats who make it.
In current meal, 50% of the calories must come from the sugars.
Fats
They bring power to the body. They bring the most power 9cal/gr of fat.
They are present in the meat, the oil, and a few in the vegetable. They are needed to build cells. So they are important for the body and the life. And we can't stop taking fat.
In a current meal, 20 to 25% of the calories must come from the fats.
Proteins
They bring power, 4cla/gr, but this power aren't use by the body. In fact the proteins are more use to build hormones and cells (like DNA). So they are very important for the body. And in the bodybuilding they have also many use.
They come from meats, and vegetables.
In a current meal, 25 to 30% of the calories must come from the proteins.
Vitamins et minerals
This should be long if I enter in the detail, the only thing you'll have to know is the use of these elements.
The vitamins and minerals are use to get the body at 100% of his capacity. There are every where and if you eat correctly, you'll have all the vitamins and minerals you'll need.
Diets
I'll talk here about the three typical diets. I mean the diet to lost weight, the diet to win weight, and the diet to maintain weight.
All these diets are based on the same principle, who are the following.
The body need power the make what he has to do in one day.
If you eat more than that you'll have more power than you'll use so you'll get weight.
If you eat what you need, you stay at your weight, you don't get weight but you don't lose too.
If you eat less than what you need, you'll get less power that you'll need so the body take the energy in the cells (fat and protein) and you'll lose weight.
The body always need about energy, so we'd must always give it to him, but we can't. So we eat much at one time and the body take the energy he need. But as he knows he will not have energy before some time, he makes stocks. So that he can use it when he need energy.
And it's the problem whit our life, when we eat, we always eat more than our body need.
In fact, in stead of eating 3 times a day, we'd better eat 4 to 6 times a day. With lighter meal. So we must cut the calories we need during a day in 4 of 6 times. And so the body will always have energy, without making stocks.
Here, I find a table whit the average of the needing in calorie for some people.

In fact, there aren't miracle diet. The only real diet is the law I have wrote up.
I'm not speaking here about a pre competition diet for the bodybuilder, who's it real hard.
