| The annual Gourmet Apple Sale is one of the Humane Society's biggest and best fundraisers. Starting in late January, our volunteers hit the kitchen to make the best gourmet caramel apples you can find anywhere. Orders are accepted for a limited time and all apples must be ordered and paid for in advance. The apples are ready for Valentines Day giving. There are also volunteers who can deliver the apples to your Valentine in the city of Muscatine. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The apples are specially ordered Granny Smiths, dipped in caramel, then chocolate, then decorated with sweet candy drizzle and sprinkles. Once set, each apple is individually wrapped in decorative celophane. The whole apple is 100% natural with no preservatives or nuts. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Orders will be taken until Saturday February 7th. Pick up orders will be ready at Muscatine Humane Society on February 13th from noon till 5:00. Pick-up is also available at the Humane Society on Saturday, February 14th from 10:00 to 4:00. Deliveries within the Muscatine City limits will be made by volunteers on Valentines Day Eve, Friday February 13th. |
