Keep daily alarm (using mobile if available) at 05:00 AM, 05:15 AM, 05:30 AM

Wake up at 05:00 AM => Good to have pollution less air during morning times.

Take water(without taking milk/coffee/tea), finish your startup,brushup including face wash
Take purse(to use for emergency if any) and do not take coffee/milk/tea/water until you finish your exercise.
Take coffee/milk/tea/water 30 minutes after finishing your exercise.

Take two kerchiefs(cough/running nose) and sweating
|
Take mobile and head set to hear songs using vlc installed at mobile
|
Do not open browser and youtube, copy songs from your system to mobile
|
Open vlc at mobile and add those songs at playlist
|
Take house key and ask your home mates/you to lock when leaving your house.
|
Start walking from your home approximately to 1 KM => front and back => 2KM per day.
Initially start walking for 200 metre(approximately) and start increasing this distance each day.

Once finishing the walk: go to top floor/hall => Rotate both of your hands at same time 60 times
|
rotate both of your hands at same time 60 times

rotate your left leg 60 times
|
anti rotate your left leg 60 times
|
rotate your right leg 60 times
|
anti rotate your right leg 60 times
|
bend your hands, keep the fingers at chest, try rotating(30% to 45%) your chest 60 times
|
Stand and touch your feet 60 times without bending your knees
|
Without bending your knees and bending your stomach touch your left feet using right hand, touch your right feet using left hand 60 times.
On startup day do that for 10 times => start increasing that 10 times more on next day.
