NEVER EVER PAY EXTRA

MY WIFE WAS USING POSTPAID MOBILE FROM 2004 IST till 2021 IST USING THE SIM CARD from ABC...XYZ company
ATLAST, I HAVE FORCED HER TO CLOSE THAT POSTPAID on Thursday 06-Jan-2022 IST
MY WIFE BOUGHT NEW BSNL SIM INSTEAD OF USING SAME POSTPAID NUMBER.
ABC...XYZ company informed me using email, for me to pay last payment of 122.63 INR
ABC...XYZ company closed my WIFE post-paid number and ABC...XYZ website allowing:
a) 122 INR OR
b) 123 INR
This page written on Wednesday 02-FEB-2022 IST
Website is not allowing(till now) the user to enter paisa and dot character.
After making a customer care call , they informed me to pay that money using ABC...XYZ.
After travelling to ABC...XYZ and parking my 2 wheeler there, I have asked an EMPLOYEEONE for me to pay 122.63
EMPLOYEETWO from ABC...XYZ company, informed me that I can pay 123.00/122.00 since ATM card swiping machine at ABC...XYZ not allowing paisa..
I have seen that a customer was talking with an EMPLOYEETHREE(GIRL/WOMAN) when I reached ABC...XYZ.
That customer was using mask to close his mouth without closing his nose. I have shared this information to EMPLOYEEFOUR
I was about to ask my query to that EMPLOYEETHREE.
EMPLOYEETHREE asked me to remove my helmet to speak with her.
I was wearing: a) mask and b) helmet to be secure like openssl(even though I have completed my two vaccines on Saturday 19-Jun-2021 IST and Saturday 18-Sep-2021 IST).
I have not removed my helmet.
EMPLOYEEFOUR IMMEDIATELY informed me: I(EMPLOYEE) FEEL THAT YOUR(MURUGESAN) PAYMENT HAS BEEN COMPLETED. NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT MONEY.
After paying 122.00 at that office, I reached my home back. I have replied my email to ABC...XYZ for me to complete remaining 0.63 paisa. THEIR VALID RESPONSE USING EMAIL ALONE:

Warm greetings from ABC...XYZ!
This is in reference to your email regarding waiver for your mobile number ABCDEFGHIG.
I have verified your records and noted that there no outstanding amount reflecting in the above-mentioned mobile number.

HENCE, I USED TO INFORM MYSELF:
1. PAY EXACT AMOUNT WITHOUT PAYING ANYTHING EXTRA TO BUY/GIVEBACK ANYTHING/ANYWHERE AT OUR UNIVERSE.
2. I am using ABC...XYZ:
a. I do not want to provide advertisement to ABC...XYZ using this free website.
b. I WON'T get even single paisa because of writing that office name here.
