m. ? Butler (Note:
Ward may (Father was John A. Ross. John & Nancy never married.)
Prob. no children be
a married name.) Prob. no children
*No surviving children
**Annie’s name appears
also to have been Nancy (Nannie), as her surviving daughter and the four
children of the other daughter all identify her as Nancy (Ross) Nave.
Note: Ruth (Downing)
Lynch notes in her Miller Roll application that her mother had a half-sister
named Elmira Nave (apparently from a second marriage of William Nave), and she
mentions an uncle named Louis (her two sisters spell it Lewis) who died on the road
in the move from Georgia (1833/34).
