forms of combat. Using foam or "Boffer" weapons we can safely simulate many forms of combat, from sword to archery!
Some of our weapons are:
Swords
Mace
Morning Star
Axe
Halberds
and
Bow and Arrow!!!
Our weapons are simple and inexpensive to make
and they are available online at various retail shops.
To keep costs down our members help each other
create most of the weapons our club uses.

Members are required to dress in Medieval Period
clothes but members who are just starting out
may wear a Tabard. A Tabard is a basic coverall
piece of clothing that resembles a tablecloth with a
hole in the middle for your head to go through.
Talberds can be easily made or purchased.
Boffer Battles is set back in Medieval times
in a ficticious place called Murkwood.
We have great fun and get a good physical workout,
as well as learning valuable skills and
enjoying good comraderie.
