| Murdertown. Back in the early years, that is what Youngstown was called. They had their own Mafia. They don't now, since the leader, Lenny Strollo, turned almost everyone in. I learned about this Mafia in a recent trip up to Ohio, my Dad and Uncle started talking, and one thing led to another, and we eventually got to the subject of the Mafia. I had no idea. The first story they told was of Cadillac Charlie being blown up when he got into his car. They were in school when they heard an explosion. That was the work of the mob. I became interested in the Mafia. Turns out that my Great Uncle Felix knew Strollo, who had owned a store across the street from the store Felix owned. Even stranger is when I found out that my Great Uncle Johnny was investigating the Mafia. So, the first thing Felix says when I ask him about the mob is, "OK, who's wired." He wasn't serious, though, and he told all of us about the mob, how bad they are, and that you don't want to get involved with them.
