Emmanuel "Mendy" Weiss
"Mendy" Weiss was a Murder Inc. killer who set up the Louis "Pretty" Amberg murder and participated in the Dutch Schultz murder in the same day. He was electrocuted at Sing Sing prison based on testimony provided by Abe Reles.
