| Irving Shapiro, along with his brothers Willie and Meyer, ran the rackets of Brooklyn during the late 1920's after having the Amberg brothers murdered. If you needed a slot or vending machine, you had to get it from the Shapiros. Irving was shot to death in front of his home by Murder Inc killer, Abe "Kid Twist" Reles. |
