Albert Anastasia "The Mad Hatter"
Albert Anastasia ran a band of killers know as Murder Inc from the back of a candy store name Midnight Rose's.  Albert earned the name the "Mad Hatter" and "Lord High Executioner" because of his ruthless ways.  Anastasia was gunned down in a barber's chair on October 25, 1957, inside the Park Central Hotel.  He was buried with no mob fanfare, his wife and children changed their names and left the country.
