| MURDER ON THE NILE SET CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS A PHOTOGRAPHIC JOURNEY |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| PHASE ONE: On the left, we see where we've struck all the flats from the previous show (for photos of the previous set, see www.friscocommunitytheatre.com). We also see the 10-foot red fabric covered flats, which were in the fetal stage of development. They comprise a mere four sections of a 28 unit backdrop consisting of 10 windows and 14 filler flats. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| PHASE TWO: On the right, we see all flat units assembled and braced, as well as the beginnings of our set dressing. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Stage Right: Before the Illusion! (Left) Here you can see some of our backstage area, including the hardware department, one of the dressing rooms, and the lobby (currently overflowing with props!) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Stage Right: The Illusion Begins! (Right) Here, we see the same angle as the one at left. Again, we have the set dressing basics complete at this stage. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Exit Stage Left: (below left) With the previous show's flats removed, you can see through to the theater's back door. This will transform into a view overlooking the shore of the Nile river. The colorful floor was created for the Children's Theater of Frisco production of Cinderella, but will change for Murder on the Nile. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Center Stage (below right): At these windows, Kay will search the shoreline for the ever present Jaqueline, Simon will relate to Canon how he fell for Kay, Jackie will give her own version of the story, and moonlight will fall over a few murdered bodies! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
