Classroom Policies

Students will be expected to bring a pencil, a covered math book, and a green notebook with white paper daily to class. Students will be expected to bring their 7 Habits assignments notebook.

Students will follow the class rules.
*Be Polite, Be Prompt, and Be Prepared

All assignments will be posted on an assignment board in the classroom.

All assignments must have a proper heading, assignment number with the pages & problem numbers, and showing all your work.

Warm-ups will be daily.

Quizzes will be administered weekly.

Tests will be administered periodically with at least four or five days notice.

Each student will be responsible for making up any missed work when he/she is absent from school.

Late work is not encouraged.

Students will be expected to work on a project which will count as a test grade.

Students will create a portfolio of their work throughout the year.

For Your Information

This Geometry course is for high school credit plus it counts as an honors course. All Geometry students will be required to take a MID-TERM and a FINAL EXAM which counts as one-fourth of the students semester average.
