Ø       Installation, configuration and maintenance of an Active Content Monitoring and Filtering Utility ‘Viruswall’ from TrendMicro.

Ø       AntiVirus tool installation, regular updation and maintenance on Unix Servers and NT Workstations.

Ø       Shell scripting to produce various reports, which are of utmost importance in executing most of the day-to-day tasks to perfection.

Ø       Monitoring Servers, Workstations and Essential Services through Big Brother Network Monitor. Installed this tool and also manage it completely.

Ø       Installed Apache Web Server and also managed all web internal web postings. Knowledge of basic HTML to install documents and create simple FAQs.

Ø       Assisting users with usage of machines, printers, scanners, and at times in debugging programs, scripts or HTML pages.
