Tatsumi is one assistant to Doctor Muraki. He adores his work. Being a relatively
careless man, he hasn`t any problems with the ideas or methods his mentor uses.
Tatsumi helped Muraki to create the three artificial humans, Tzuzuki, Hisoka and
Nataku. He has a younger sister who he doesn`t like very much, for she is a
weakling in his eyes.

Tatsumi tried to save Maya`s life by telling the others that she was his girlfriend.
Actually, they just met that day. But liking her appearance and also her kind
being, he wanted to save her. And to have her as a lover wasn`t the worst idea
he had.

He and Watari don`t get along all too well.
