My Name is Crystal Alexander and I am a saxophone student at Texas State University. I am currently studying under Dr. Todd Oxford and Mr. Doug Skinner. I am predominantly a classical saxophonist but am currently learning jazz style and improvisation. Until recently I have been a baritone saxophonist. Now I am working completely on alto with the exception of playing tenor in the SWT Jazz Orchestra and baritone in the SWT Wind Ensemble. I graduated with honors from Lexington High School in Lexington TX. I am active in Mu Phi Epsilon because I like to have friends interested in achieving their greatest in music through the grace of God.
