WallyBall

          The park district offers two seasons of Wallyball leagues. One league begins in the late fall and one starting in January of each year. This program is very popular with active adults. Men’s and Women’s leagues are available. Teams consist of 4 players each. Skill level varies from team to team. The focus of the program is geared to individuals who enjoy being active and are fun loving. The teams have come from several cities in the area, Milledgeville, Lanark, Oregon, Sterling and Morrison.

          Hazelwood Court can also be rented on an hourly basis for the occasional players who are not interested in the structure of league play. Please look at the fees page for prices.

          For those of you who have no clue what Wallyball is. It is just like volleyball, but it is played in the court where bounces and plays off the wall count as good. The walls add to the strategies of the game. Our staff would be glad to supply you with the basic rules. Come and enjoy something new!
