| In November of 1991, Seven young women: Julie Alberga Deloris Bennet Cheryl Donathan Susie O. Edwards Fayette Fernander Jamika Hicks Charlene Sinkler were in search of an organization whose pupose was service, sisterhood, and grace. On Feburary 29, 1992 The Mu Nu Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated was chartered on the University of Miami campus. In the years since the charter, the chapter has prospered and continued the traditions of sisterhood, scholarship and service both on and off campus. |
