I pause and blink
as I realize it reflects
nothing of who I am.
The image staring back
look nothing of how I feel.
Yet strangely
there are those who judge
merely by the superficial package
that only contains that of which truely is.
And the truth,
well it remains well hidden.
No one is interested in the truth.
Truth is confusing,
too hard,
too honest.
Leave yourself at the door,
