Jacob Brent

Jacob grew up most of his life in the rainy city of Seattle with his older brother Gregory and his younger sister Melissa. He attended George Washington High School where he graduated valedictorian in 1996. After high school, he took a year off to pursue his dream of dancing and acting on the stage. He was in many regional shows, but his favorite role he had was Tommy in Brigadoon. In 1997, he decided to go to college and major in theatre and dance. He received a dancing scholarship from the University of Illinois in Chicago where he is now a senior in the theatre program.

Jacob is openly gay, but finds that he cannot find the right guy for him. Being gay has not closed any doors for him, professionally or socially, even though it has alienated his family from him.
