This site is brought to you by Cheer Gurlz for anyone who wants to make lots of neopoints without cheating, scamming, hacking or stealing. I am VERY against all of these things so I want you all to be able to make an HONEST LIVING!!!

SHOPS-The most important thing is to get a shop. Your shop should be a steady source of income. The best thing to do is go to the food shop and buy as much food as you can for 10np or less per item. Stock up you shop and sell everything for 20-30np. Advertise on the chat board saying that you are having a sale and people will flock to your shop. [back to top]

CONTESTS-Contests are a good way to increase the amount of customers your shop gets. DON'T HAVE A CONTEST UNLESS YOU ARE REALLY GOING TO GIVE THE PRIZE YOU PROMISED!!!!!! I don't recommend having a contest if the prize is going to cost you more than you are taking in each day. [back to top]

GAMES-I know that you hear this from everyone but PLAY GAMES!!!! They are the easiest way to earn np. Some of them take more skill than others but with practice you will be making an easy 20k a day. I recommend the wheel of excitement to those of you who have at least 1000np. You can earn up to 10,000np, but you can also get sick. See Medicine. I also recommend scratch cards. They are kind of expensive (500np) but the prizes are well worth it. Some scratch cards are even worth a lot of neopoints and you can sell them. Other good games are poogle solitaire and kiko match. Poogle solitaire is hard unless you know the answers. The treasure hunt game is also good because you can get lots of pieces of space map to sell. Another good game is grundos gym. You don't get much in the beginning but once you have been playing for a while you can get a few thousand a day! It also increases your stats. If you are playing a game that awards prizes for high scores, don't send your score unless it is high enough to get a prize. Bull's Eye and Meerca Chase are good ones. Switch-a-roo is a good game if you have been on for a while because you can bet a lot. You can only play five times a day so be careful. Don't play on stupidly fast because then you are just guessing. Remember to play as many games as you can each day and to only send you 3 best scores. If you get 500 points that may be good but if you normally get 1000 than don't send it. [back to top]

FOOD-If you have less than 1000np, DON'T BUY FOOD! You can eat for free at the Soup Kitchen. Sell all of the food you get until you can't go to the soup kitchen anymore. Make sure you get your free omelette from the Tyrannian plateau each day. If you are going to buy food, buy it from the food shop. The prices are MUCH lower on most items. [back to top]

BANK-Always put your money in the bank. It is safe there and you earn interest. You also get 30np just for making an account. Don't bother with the questions it asks when you sign up. None of them are important. You also get a free safe deposit box to put your valuable items in. [back to top]

Medicine-If you are like me and you are addicted to the wheel of excitement, you will probably be sick a lot. Most medicines are pretty cheap so this shouldn't be a big problem. My pet almost always has dachoo. The cure (neopkins) cost anywhere from 7k-10k which is more than most newbies can afford. If your pet gets dachoo or any other disease, just go to the healing spring. Certain guilds will also help you out with your medical needs. I recommend the University of Neopian Medicine. [back to top]

GOALS-Set money goals for yourself. For example, I want to have 5000np. I save up 1000np and I promise my self that I will not spend below 1000np. I make 2000np and I will not spend it and so on. Your money will build up quicker if you don't spend it like crazy. Also, think of something you really want. lets say that it is a glowing paint brush that costs 10,000np. Think about that paint brush before you buy anything. Once you get enough, don't buy it right away. You will have nothing left over. Save a little bit more before you spend it so you will still have something to fall back on. [back to top]

Services-Are you really good at something like making dollz or banners? Offer your services to people and charge np. Make sure you are paid before you start to work because once you send them what they need there is no guarantee that you will ever get anything for it. Please be honest with this though. People are trusting you and you can't just scam them out of their money by making false promises. [back to top][

AVOID SCAMS-There are many people who are not nearly as hard working and trustworthy as you and they will stop at nothing to take all of your neopoints and valuables. [back to top][

Neomail Scams Some people will tell you that they will give/tell you something and all you have to do is send them a neomail or e-mail with a certain code in it. For example, 2351.745683.65?=noeko (TYPE your username
HERE)?=(TYPE your passwrd HERE)=284.583?PSWRD. When it gets to them they will have no trouble picking your password out of that mess and hacking into your account.
Fake Login You see an ad for Faerie Paintbrushes. Wow! They are only 1000np! You hurry over to the shop and to your amazement there is still on left! You click on it only to find that you have accidentally logged out. Or have you? Look at the URL. If it doesn't say www.neopets.com/login.phtml than it is a scam. Just hit the back bottom.
E-mail Scams Sometimes people will promise millions of neopoints and all you have to do is change your e-mail address to something different. Sounds too good to be true doesn't it? Well it is. As soon as you change your e-mail address, the scammer will send YOUR to their e-mail address and your account is a good as hacked.
Staff Impersonation Some people will pretend to be the Neopets staff and ask you for your password. DON'T GIVE IT TO THEM! The Neopets staff will NEVER EVER ask for your password. No matter how convincing and professional the letter sounds, it is a scam.
Neositting I know it sounds nice to have someone care for your pets while you are away but don't trust anyone. In order to neosit, you have to give your password to someone which leaves your account free for them to take as much as they want. They may even put your pets in the pound!
Trades If someone says they will trade you and they are not going to use the trading post, then it is a scam. You could send them your best items and there is no guarantee that you will ever get anything in return
Pet Selling If someone says they are selling a pet, they may be telling the truth but you might not get it. You could pay 100,000np for a pet, the owner puts in up for adoption so you can get it and by the time you type its name in, someone else has already adopted it for free.
Account Selling This is a very stupid type of scam. If you fall for this you are very gullible. For example, lets say someone has an account with 500,000 np and tons of rare items. First of all, why would you want to get rid of that? Second of all, if you give them something for it, there is no guarantee that you will get the account. Also, why do they need more neopets items for an account that they are giving away?
Neopoint/Item Machines This usually involves a sort form. All you have to do is type your username, password, and what you want. Sounds easy right? Well it is easy. It is easy to steal your account when you send your password to someone! DON'T FALL FOR IT!
Contests Don't ever enter a contest unless you are fairly confident that the person is really going to award a prize. If someone says they are going to give 1000000np to whoever spends the most and they have only been on neopets for 1 week, are you going to believe them?
Auction Scams One account bids low on an item. Then two other accounts (Usually owned by the same person) bid it way up high so no one else will bid. Before the auction closes, the other two accounts put their np into the bank and the bid goes to the first account for their low bid.
Blackmail Scams Sometimes people will say that they will give you their account and all you have to do is ask them for the password or tell them what to change the password to. It might sound safe but don't do it. The person could possibly get you frozen for asking them for a password. Plus they could hold it against you and say that if you have to give them things or they will tell.
Unbuyable Trade You are at a shop with lots of apples, lipsticks or other worthless items. They are all selling for 1000+ neopoints. The owner says he will give you a free unbuyable item if you buy one of his other items. SCAM SCAM SCAM! First of all, does he have any of the items he promised in his shop for you to see? If he does, click one. They are all fake and are put there will HTML. Notice how when the other items sell out it says "NO ITEMS FOR SALE" even though the unbuyables are still there. For an example, click here.

If you ever see anything like this, just send an e-mail to [email protected]. Report in full detail what you have seen so they can do something about it and stop that person from scamming again. Don't report people unless you have proof. If you just think it is a scam you could be getting some innocent person in trouble. See the wall of shame for more scam techniques. [back to top]
