Arthur Neville Chamberlain
After his entry in politics for the conservative party, in 1915 bacame Lord Major of Birmingham.

Elected member of the parliament in 1918, Postmaster General from 1923 to 1924, and afterwards Ministr of Health up to 1929.

Chancellor of the Excequer from 1931 to 1937.

Prime Minister from 1937.

His love for peace lead him to a policy too affable and smooth - which ended in what he tried to avert - towards Hitler, which culminated in 1938 with the sign of the Munich Agreement.

After the attack to Poland declared war agaist Germany the 3rd september 1940.

Leff his charge to Winston Churchill In may 1940.

Died shortly after, the 9th of november 1940, without seeing the defeat of the nazis.
