Angus - Our Most Recent Adoptee |
Angus was a foster dog who stayed, and stayed, and stayed. Somehow he got lost in the shuffle and was never adopted. So we adopted him. People came to see him and he was taken to visit, but nobody requested him and he got along so well with our dogs, it seemed silly to force the issue. Furthermore, he and Ragnell got on great and he is the only Greyhound she never attacked. Instead she taught him to do her patrol of the garden perimiter and bark at all overhead traffic (planes, blimps, helicopters, birds, etc.) while she watches from the safety of her "command post." Angus also has a fast friend in Linnet and (figuratively) holds her hand when she is nervous (most of the time). |

Angus enjoys the "soft" life. See him also as our dancing clown, with Brighton. |

This is Brighton, Angus' dancing partner. |

This is Linnet, whose hand (paw) Angus often must hold as she frightens so easily. |
